Sex & Nudity

- Some partial nudity, but never is actual nudity or sex shown. A character in the game, Elexis, usually wears a revealing shirt and has exaggerated breasts. In the beginning scene, they're close to the screen (clothed obviously). In one scene, Elexis wears nothing but a revealing swimsuit, and says "you think I'm a naughty girl". Somewhat brief. Another female character Jessica, reacts if you stare at her breasts or rear.
Violence & Gore

- You can use guns to shoot aliens, grunts, etc. Plenty of violence is shown. Sometimes you can shoot enemies body parts (head, torso) off. Lot's of exaggerated gore and blood that is unrealistic.
Profanity

- Strong curse words like "f*ck" and "sh*t" can be heard through dialogue.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- Infected monsters are caused by certain types of drugs, however the drugs are never used. At the beginning, the main character is injected with a shot (hard to tell if it's a drug or not).

- Lots of monsters can jump at you, which appearances are scary.
