  • John splashes some holy water on a demon villain's face, disintegrating it and revealing green matter (resembling Two-Face). The demon pins John against the wall by his throat, choking him before John punches him several times with brass knuckles. He later shoots it offscreen. A large, powdery, green splatter is seen where his head used to be with bits of the face still talking.

  • A charracter jumps from the top of the psychiatric hospital - we see the whole act, as the charracter jumps and falls through glass roof into the pool.
  • Throughout the movie, a dead body is shown in a few instances (it is just pale without any blood or damage) which still can be a bit disturbing.
  • Two beings stick their arms in John's upper torso, causing him pain. A man stabs his own hand several times with a bit of blood visible.
  • Two exorcisms (the first one has a jump scene). A couple more jump scenes involving demons and other supernatural phenomena.
