- A young man returns home from college to find his father remarried, until the sudden murder of his father leaves everyone suspect.
- A Harvard graduate finds his life falling to pieces after embarking on a torrid affair with his new stepmother -- but everyone seems to have something to hide and the motivation for murder is universal in this twisting thriller from director Jason Hreno. It's been a long time since Holden Pryce (Andrew W. Walker) has paid a visit to his estranged father, and upon graduating from Harvard, Holden decides to put the past on ice and check up on his well-to-do dad. Stunned to learn that his father's new bride, Lana (Angie Everhart), is half his father's age, Holden soon begins to suspect that something is amiss in the couple's lavish household. Holden's suspicions are confirmed when he is seduced by the irresistible Lana, and when he threatens to blow the lid off of their affair the discovery of his father's lifeless body points to foul play. But who could it be that is behind the murder -- a scheming femme fatale or a jealous son?
- Holden Price has felt homeless ever since the passing of his mother who was his touchstone to family. He has never felt close to his successful and wealthy father, sporting apparel company owner Mason Price, for how he has treated both of them in Mason's need to win in any situation at any cost, Holden's parents long having been divorced. Holden's only connection to his father has been as his unlimited bankroll. As such, Holden decided to travel the world following his graduation from Harvard, his education and travels funded by Mason. Mason calls Holden "home" to Chicago specifically to pass along some news which Holden only learns upon his arrival: that Mason has gotten remarried to a much younger woman, Lana, a proverbial trophy wife. Lana is up front to Holden that most in Mason's life, especially business associates, believe that she married him solely for his money. Largely left to their own devices in Mason's neglect, Holden and Lana begin an affair in their mutual attraction. If it came to light, their affair would cause a major problem for both when Mason is found murdered. Beyond trying to hide their affair, the question becomes if either one of them is the murderer and if so if the other is in mortal danger at the murderer's hands in the murderer's end goal.—Huggo
