Awesome cartoon of the 80s!

Warning: Spoilers
THIS REVIEW HAS SPOILERS!!! I grew up with this show and I still love it today. Basically Rude Dog was the hip and happening leader of a bunch of stray dogs called the Dweebs. They ran a delivery service in an old garage and Rude Dog himself drove a pink Cadillac as transport for the Dweebs as well. They were always on the run from the dog catcher, Herman and his not so bright Rottwieler, Rott. Each episode was about 15 minutes long and they sadly only made one season.

The series was made originally to promote a line of surf wear featuring Rude Dog and occasionally the Dweebs too. While the animation wasn't brilliant, the stories were pretty well thought out and the bright colours were very retro! I suggest trying to get hold of a video if you can, this was a great series!

Ah probably better remembered for that pumping late 80's guitar/Rude Dawg rapping opening sequence!

A Dog...What? Oh sorry a Dawg drives a cadillac around with a bunch of no hoping dweebs.

The recipe for a pretty good cartoon actually!
