In the Benbow Inn Chapter, you can find the key either outside the Benbow Inn hanging on the hook or you can find it hiding in the Grandfather clock on the second floor. After you find the key proceed to Billy Bones bedroom and unlock the treasure chest to find the treasure map and the story will continue on to Bristol town.
You need Squire Trelawneys Seal of Passage. You can get this at Squire Trelawneys Mansion in the center of Bristol Town, after you meet Fozzie Bear as Squire Trelawneys half wit son. He will give you a Seal of Passage which you can take to Sam the Eagle as Mr. Arrow and you can get on board and continue on as normal.
If you try to knock on the door to Meet Squire Trelawneys half wit son with molasses covering your clothes, the Hound Bulter will tell you to go shopping for new clothes at Pops clothes shop.
Head over to the clothes shop and the clothes store owner will have you play a mini game fighting pirates with pies while avoiding hitting the customers. You need at least 14 coins to be able to choose one of the 6 costumes the store owner has you try on. Once you have your new costume on. Go back to the mansion and the Hound Bulter Jeeves will accept your costume and Fozzie Bear will give you a Seal of Passage which you can give to Mr. Arrow at the ship docks.

This game is a spinoff based on both the Treasure Island book and the Muppet Treasure Island movie. This game allows the player to play in first person mode as Jim Hawkins in the point and click adventure game.
Although this PC game does follow the book and movie. Certain stuff in the Treasure Island book and the Muppet Treasure Island movie version has stuff removed including:
Reference to alcohol which was removed from the game, Although the Instrumental song "Drunken Sailor" and "99 piece of cheese" is heard throughout the game.
The death themes in the book and Muppet movie has been toned down in the PC version. For example Billy Bones dying of a stroke, the game however does imply that Billy Bones died when you click twice on the paper with the black spot.
Also Blind Pew who dies by getting trampled by horses in the book, Blind Pew in the Muppet movie dies in the burning building. While the game has Blind Pew getting blown up by the dynamite explosion.
There are however, 2 dead skeletons that are hung by a rope in the trees and skulls in the cave.
Mr. Arrow disappears in a lifeboat at night, in the book he is drunk and drowns in the sea, in the Muppet movie he goes missing for a while in a lifeboat but finds his way to Treasure Island which has been removed in the PC version instead having Mr. Arrow stay on the ship throughout the game.
The movie cutscene with Miss Piggy as Benjamina Gunn with the chant dance has for unknown reasons cut out Missy Piggys line "Oh knock it off!" at the islanders.
