Frankie gets a tip off about an armed robbery about to take place but Bruce is concerned that the epileptic fits he suffered is making him reckless. Neil Chettle is the main suspect in a number of vicious robbery' s on pensioners.
Frankie is put on sick leave and blames Bruce. When porn is discovered on Ron's daughter's computer, Rebecca is keen to investigate it's origin. The case takes a dark turn when the team find themselves investigating an old murder.

Tensions in the town are running high when a human rights lawyer is shot and the body moved from outside a pub to elsewhere. Franky puts informant Victor Curtis under pressure when he attempts to buy a gun but it backfires badly.
With Franky found stabbed to death in the station there is an all out alert for Victor Curtis, who is in now hiding. Curtis is found and turns into a hopeless wreck. However Eric Temple is keen to find the gun Franky bought from Fellows.
