I've seen this movie years ago, hence I'm not completely sure about the story-line. I believe it was about a woman (van Mieghem) who had an on-and-off affair with Hoffman. She (or he?) lived in a magnificent house near a river. At some point her younger sister (ten Damme) interfered and seduced Hoffman. I distinctly remember that there was a baby in it, too. Anyway, the whole story was told as a flashback, and left a dream-like impression of beautiful pictures and a somewhat surreal story. Recommended to see, if you like this sort of thing. As for me, I did enjoy it.
