So he opens the window and this very valuable Chinese vase falls out, six stories down, with a bouquet of flowers in it. One minute later, there is the manager there, in a tuxedo, and he says that here is a brand new vase and the girls downstairs have picked up all the flowers and re-arranged them in the vase for him. And Keith says
