When Tony Sinclair and Dallas Hanson confront Clay Ellison and burn the wagon, the shot alternates between a facing shot of Clay, and a rear view. In each shot, Clay is holding the shotgun. In the facing shots, he holds it across his body with the barrel held high, yet in each of the rear shots it is held horizontally at arms length. There is no apparent movement of the gun, however.
The union "squatter" Ellison is holding a shotgun in all the scenes including when he is shot. After his death, Deneen picks up the gun and it is now a Winchester that he levers a shell into.
As Tony tells the men in the bunk house that he is taking control of the Sinclair ranch, his neckerchief is predominantly in front, with a the tails hanging down the front of his open shirt. After the fistfight with Steve it moves a bit more to the front. The scene cuts after Steve walks out the door, the men release Tony, and he bends down to pick up his cowboy hat, but now the neckerchief has been twisted around to the far side of his neck, with the knot practically on the right side of his head.
Sinclair shoots Larry who staggers back and slumps face down on the floor,, there's then a long shot looking past Sinclair who's looking at Larry who's now lying on his back and further in towards the bar.
When Brick and Steve have their discussion about looking for Tony, many of both their mouth movements do not match the words they are speaking.
