- Elephant poachers Joe Collins and Bob Warren plan to steal a load of ivory which the natives want to give to the missionary, Miss Banks, but Bomba the Jungle Boy calls on friendly elephants to trample them to death.
- Opens in a jungle village where a white woman,Miss Banks, is teaching the natives English in a makeshift classroom and her aide, Lola, is teaching a white boy, Bomba the Jungle Boy, the alphabet in an adjacent makeshift jungle. This paradise is soon lost when a couple of white hunters invade the area, an elephant sanctuary, with the intentions of killing a lot of elephants for their highly-profitable tusks. - Two hunters come to the jungle intent on making their fortune in ivory. Bob Warren and Joe Collins have already killed their guide and have taken up residence in a village where Miss Banks is teaching English to the locals. She sees through their plan quickly. Meanwhile, Bomba's friend Lola is taken prisoner by the hunters. When Warren and Collins learn that the local chief knows the location of a cash of ancient ivory, they make that their target.
