Sex & Nudity

  • A small nude painting is shown in the background of several shots; it is hardly noticeable and out of focus.
  • The term whore is used once.
  • The murders are referred to as "sexual crimes" at one point in the film. The murders of the children, or what might have been done to them, is never discussed or shown in anyway beyond the aforementioned quote.

  • Although none of the killings are shown on screen at all, the threat of violence is nearly constant throughout the film.

  • In the english-subtitled version the word "Bitch" is said.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The killer behaves in a very disturbing/unnatural manner throughout the movie
  • Because it is so old it may not render as very frightening by todays standards, despite this the material is still fairly disturbing as it is a about a child murderer.
  • The fact that the film is based around a child murderer.
