- Roley is delighted to be helping build a pond for famous rock star Lennie Lazenby.

- Bob's crew are nervous as they start work on the Sunflower Valley project, but Muck claims not to be afraid. However, her confidence soon disappears when she and Spud get lost in the woods.
- Bob digs a well and Wendy brings the team radio headsets, which soon come in handy when Muck gets lost.
- The machines get to build their brand new shelter. Lofty, who slept outside at the old yard, decides that he'd like a place in the new shelter - but doesn't know how to let Bob know.
- Dizzy is full of questions when she meets sunflower factory expert, Marjorie. The rest of the team get fed up with Dizzy's questions so the little cement mixer doesn't ask any more and messes up her work.

- Bob is building a goat run for Farmer Pickles new goat - Giddy. It's Travis's job to collect Giddy from Meg MacDonald the goat breeder. Spud teases Travis about being slow and Travis resolves to collect the goat very quickly. With the goat in his trailer, Travis goes so fast that he hits a bump. The trailer door opens and the goat escapes! Travis and Spud frantically look everywhere for Giddy. When the stop rushing around, who should appear, but Giddy. Travis and Spud escort the Giddy to her new goat run... very slowly indeed.
- Seeing how happy Bob and Wendy are when he finds their lost property at the yard, Roley wants to find more lost things. He even christens himself Lost Property Officer Roley! But the team have a big job today, building Travis a surprise garage, and Bob isn't sure Roley will have enough time to find lost property as well...
- Roley finds a tortoise on the building site and the team try to find its owner.
- It's harvest time but Farmer Pickles' barn is about to collapse. Bob and the gang work against the clock to repair it but a summer storm threatens. Muck helps Pickles with the harvest. Will they get the harvest in before the rains and will Bob finish the barn in time?
- Bob and his team are building a house in the hillside for Mr. Bentley and his wife. Benny comes to help, but no-one seems to have a job for such a little digger.
- Rupert Reekie, a glass artist, has moved to Sunflower Valley with his cat Sprat. Bob and the team are building him an amazing studio. Meanwhile Roley is mystified as to why Pilchard isn't being as friendly as she normally is. Every time he approaches, she runs away. Clumsy Roley ties to be more 'catlike' but accidentally crushes some glass. Roley is distraught, thinking that it's some of Rupert's art. Meanwhile, Sprat is causing chaos, causing Rupert to drop an important stained glass window. Roley is delighted to discover that the glass he crushed was old glass for recycling and that it's just right for Rupert to make a replacement window. Roley is particularly thrilled to discover Pilchard with a litter of kittens! That's why she was being strange - she was about to become a mummy. And the dad is Sprat. Uncle Roley is very proud!
- An observation tower is going to be added next to the Visitor's centre to provide a scenic view of Sunflower Valley. The scaffolding is raised and Roley prepares a path to connect the tower to the Dome. He meets Bird along the way, Roley is upset because he is too big to ever get to the top of the tower but he would love to see a bird's eye view of the Valley. Roley wonders if he can bring the view down to him. Seeing Birds reflection in a mirror gives him an idea. He gets Lofty to raise the mirror as high as he can, but it's too far away to see things properly. Roley tries to look through Bob's telescope but he manages to knock it over and it breaks. He trundles off downheartedly thinking that he will never be able to see the scenery. Wendy and Bob remember that there is a way to see an image from a different place. They explain how a camera obscurer works using a mirror, a lens and a dark room. It will be the perfect way to surprise Roley and give him a bird's eye view.
