Resident Evil: Degeneration Gets December Release

Video game heavyweight Capcom and Sony Pictures teamed up to create Resident Evil: Degeneration, the first full-length animated feature based on the popular game series Resident Evil. Unlike the live-action films starring Milla Jovovich, Degeneration takes place within the same universe as the video games, trailing the game’s two main characters Leon S. Kennedy and Claire Redfield. In the English version of the film, Paul Mercier voiced the part of Leon and Alyson Court voiced the part of Claire. The complete 2009 Grammy Award nominees have been announced and the full list is available online at Grammy.com. The Grammy Awards, established in 1958 and first televised live in 1971, were originally called the Gramophone Awards and are presented annually by the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences of the United States, for outstanding achievements in the record industry. Valhalla Motion Pictures, Top Cow, and Platinum Studios teamed up last summer to brainstorm on what’s been announced as a big-screen adaptation of the Top Cow comic character “Magdalena”, which will star Jenna Dewan as the titular heroine, and Luke Goss as Kristof, her mentor. Mariska Hargitay Hints at Law and Order Svu Departure

“Rome” and “Journeyman” actor Kevin McKidd claims he’s still in the running to play Thor, the Norse God of Thunder, in the upcoming big-screen adaptation of the Marvel Comics character, according to a report by IGN.
