Eric Carlson is the co-founder and current CEO of CK&D, based in Los Angeles. CK&D is a leading marketing and media group focusing on brand, strategy, communications, marketing solutions, and content creation for some of the largest profit and non-profit organizations in the world. His client list includes: The American Heart Association, The United Nations Foundation, The Alzheimer's Association and Public Television, to name a few.
Prior to CK&D, Eric spent more than a decade at Creative Artists Agency (CAA), the global leader in talent, literary, sports and music representation. He oversaw two divisions within CAA and packaged or placed more than $2 billion dollars worth of content across multiple global platforms including television, film and digital. Mr. Carlson personally oversaw the representation of an all-star list of producers, writers, directors and production entities considered to be some of the most highly creative/successful talent working today.
Eric is also an award-winning television, motion picture and documentary producer. His current project includes Augie, a feature documentary and love story about Augie and Lynne Nieto. Augie is known as the Steve Jobs of the fitness industry, as the former CEO of Life Fitness and Life Cycle, who has now lived with ALS for more than 12 years. The couple are taking on life with the disease in progressive and inspiration ways as they get one step closer to effectively treatments and an ultimate cure.
Mr. Carlson resides in Los Angeles California with his wife and two children.
