In the latest major X Factor news.... Stereo Kicks are getting haircuts.
All members of the band are undergoing various hair transformations, and will debut their new hairdos during tonight's (November 8) live show.
Stereo Kicks faced the sing-off with Lola Saunders during last week's Fright Night Results Show, but after the decision was sent to deadlock, the public decided to save the boys for another week.
This led to judge Cheryl Fernandez-Versini insisting that the band needs to improve. She said: "They've been in the bottom two twice now, they really need to up their game."
The band recently spoke to Digital Spy about their partying ways, saying: "We're lads."
"Certain things get twisted and turned the wrong way but we're lads," James Graham said.
"Some of us are older teenagers and it's just what's going to happen, especially if we get some time out – we want to do something...

It's that time of the week - the time when we discuss which X Factor acts are soaring, and which are slumping! There was plenty of movement after last week's Halloween-themed show, so who improved and who... didn't?
We roped in Lola Saunders, some of the current X Factor acts themselves (we cornered them backstage at the studios) and of course the Digital Spy staff to have their say on the contestants, so watch our video below to hear their thoughts:
The X Factor continues tomorrow (November 8) at 8pm on ITV.
What do you think of our rankings? Who should be higher? Who should be lower? Or have we got it right? Let us know below!

Stereo Kicks' Tom Mann celebrated his 22nd birthday with his fellow X Factor boyband members at Bodo's Schloss restaurant and club in London last night (November 5).
The talent show hopeful posed with female members of staff, and was treated to bottles of Moet champagne, a birthday cake and sparklers.
He was also joined by Mel B's act Paul Akister to mark the special occasion.
The boys were seen larking about together and chatting to girls outside the venue before Tom hopped into a car with one fan while holding his hands up in defence.
Let's hope they weren't headed to the nearest Ibis hotel...
The group - mentored by Louis Walsh - have been in the bottom two acts for the last two consecutive weeks, winning a sing-off against Jake Quickenden and beating Lola Saunders by receiving a fraction more of the public votes on last Sunday's (November 2) live results show.

There were fireworks at The X Factor house this week - no, we actually mean actual fireworks. For Bonfire Night.
The remaining contestants were treated to a party at their North London home to mark the occasion - complete with a special fireworks display and piles of tasty treats.
Jack Walton and Lola Saunders - both of whom were eliminated at the weekend - were able to enjoy the bash, although we're not sure how much Jack liked Stereo Kicks' James Graham dressing up as a mummy.
Continuing the spooky theme, Andrea Faustini posed with a skull - though we're not quite sure why - and got into the party spirit by having a drink and a dance with Only The Young's Betsy-Blue English (we don't know why she's wielding a coat hanger).
Also getting into the party spirit were Stereo Kicks, who appeared to be sipping on blue...

Cheryl Fernandez-Versini says her performance on 'The X Factor' on Sunday (02.11.14) was inspired by Lola Saunders. The 31-year-old beauty delivered an eye-catching rendition of her new single 'I Don't Care' and speaking after the programme, she revealed Lola - who was voted off the ITV reality show - encouraged her sexy moves. Cheryl told the Metro newspaper: ''Lola has given me some dance moves this week, so I actually learnt a few from her.'' The X Factor eliminee Lola Saunders has laughed off rumours that she is romantically involved with contestant Ben Haenow.
Saunders, who was eliminated from the show last night, dismissed speculation that she is anything more than friends with Haenow after pictures emerged of the pair looking close.
"We find it quite funny actually, because we were warned that something was coming out and we were just laughing because Ben's a very tactile person," she told Digital Spy today.
"If he walked in the room now, he'd come up to you and give you a massive kiss and a big hug. If he's speaking to you, he's always [touching your arm]. He's such a lovely lad."
Saunders continued: "With us, I think why we're close is because we were the only two people in the house with long-term relationships. He's been in his relationship with Jess for six years, I've been with my boyfriend for four,...

Louis Walsh had some bolts on his neck. Mel B and Cheryl growled at the camera, and Simon Cowell attempted to move his latest round of Botox by raising his eyebrows. Yes, it was a truly horrifying Halloween edition of The X Factor - although perhaps not for the right reasons.
A large amount of the 'Fright Night' special was spent building up the tension about a spooky, scary twist. It was hard to get too excited about the "shocking" twist for two reasons.
1. We were all told about it on Friday. It was on the front page of The Sun, for heaven's sake.
2. The twist was a person being eliminated. This Happens Every Week. It's not even remotely exciting.

"I've really enjoyed [The X Factor]," he said. "The whole thing's been really good, but the song for me was not something I would usually do.
"It was a weird mix between getting dressed up and having the girl come over and bite my neck to giving a serious performance. It was hard for me to get in the right vibe."
Walton added: "When you come into a show like this and you're surrounded by so many successful people - and people that know what they're talking about - you think as soon as you meet them, 'I'd best listen to whatever you say,...

The X Factor judges have discussed Stereo Kicks after they narrowly avoided elimination in tonight's (November 2) Fright Night results show.
The group performed in a sing-off with Lola Saunders and managed to stay in the competition.
Saunders sang Aretha Franklin's '(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman', and Stereo Kicks performed 'Perfect' by Pink in the sing-off.
Stereo Kicks had performed 'Everybody (Backstreet's Back)' by the Backstreet Boys on Saturday's (November 1) show.
Simon: It's all about song choice. I don't think that song yesterday registered. It was a copycat song. We've seen them do much better the week before. If they come back with the right positive attitude [and] the right song, they've still got a shot.
Cheryl Fernandez-Versini added: "They've been in the bottom two twice now, they really need to up their game".

It's Fright Night on The X Factor this week and boy, wouldn't you know it! Not only are the acts all singing 'Fright Night'-themed songs (or, well, they're supposed to be) but one of them will be booted out before the night is out after Simon Cowell got fed up with them all for not trying hard enough. If that's not all scary enough, The Script will be popping along to perform.
So join us when the show starts at 8pm as we find out who gives us thrills and who gives us chills. And, of course, who's having a right nightmare and will have to leave the competition...
22:12It's not even over - the vote lines are open again, and someone's going to be sent home tomorrow. All your votes still count but we get another free five app ones - hooray! But that's it for...

The X Factor's Lauren Platt and Lola Saunders enjoyed a night out in London's West End last night (October 30).
Cheryl Fernandez-Versini's two remaining girls took time out of rehearsals for this weekend's Halloween special to go and see a performance of Wicked.
The pair met leading ladies Jennifer Dinoia (Elphaba) and Savannah Stevenson (Glinda) backstage at the Apollo Victoria Theatre, where Platt revealed that she would love to play the part of Elphaba in the future.
Platt tweeted: "what an amazing night watching the show and meeting the cast."
It has been confirmed that two acts will leave The X Factor this weekend, with one act being eliminated ten minutes after voting opens on Saturday (November 1).
Platt and Saunders aren't the only finalists to enjoy a night out this week, as Stevi Ritchie went out for a meal with his mentor Simon Cowell at a local Harvester restaurant...

And The X Factor title goes to...
Nope, we've not got that far yet. Still another couple of months to go - but Saturday night is Movie Night on ITV's primetime reality TV juggernaut.
So dust off your gladrags, order in the popcorn and stop trying to work out which member of Stereo Kicks is which for a moment - because tomorrow night's song choices are in. There's power ballads aplenty, so expect more key changes than a Westlife album.
Which young hopeful will be hoping to meet the challenge of his rivals, who wants you to 'Listen' to them and which soloist has the unenviable task of singing a track originally performed by four artists? Find out below...

The X Factor 2014 started its Live Shows with a No.1s Week theme. It's almost as if they wanted us to make the obvious joke about there being a large steaming pile of No.2s on the Fountain Studios stage. But we wouldn't be that crass.
It feels too early to be overly harsh about the Class of Series 11 - we've got a couple more months of this to endure yet - and this wasn't the worst crop of X Factor contestants we've ever been gifted. The real problem with this weekend's shows was that it felt like we'd seen it all before. About 10 times before, to be precise.
Simon Cowell couldn't even be bothered to tuck his shirt in on Saturday night's show, which pretty much embodied the shoulder shrug attitude from the producers and judges this year. Will this do? I guess it will have to, because it's this or the bloody Voice.

"I'm not going to lie, that would be great! That would be nice. For a good reason, not a bad reason. That would be a real sense of achievement.

The X Factor ended in yet more controversy this evening as Cheryl Fernandez-Versini made a last-minute switch at Boot Camp to save Chloe-Jasmine Whichello.
Chloe-Jasmine was swapped in for Orla Keogh and completed the Top 6 girls heading to Judges' Houses.
Cheryl's other five girls were fishmonger Lola Saunders, 16-year-old Lauren Platt, Kerrianne Covell, former Britain's Got Talent contestant Stephanie Nala and 15-year-old Emily Middlemas.
Chloe-Jasmine's position in the show was already controversial after it was revealed that she was allowed a second attempt at the Arena Auditions. Her first audition wasn't shown to TV viewers after she crumbled with nerves and messed up her performance.
The show has also not mentioned the fact that she previously auditioned for the show in 2006 and failed miserably at the first audition. At the time Simon Cowell was highly critical of her fame-hungry attitude.

Simon Cowell puts early X Factor favourite Lola Saunders's position in the competition in danger tonight when he questions her ability to perform on the biggest stage.
Saunders, who wowed the judges at her first two auditions, performs a cover of 'Finally' by CeCe Peniston, but the shaky rendition gets a muted response from the panel.
Watch Lola Saunders's first audition:
Ultimately, her fate in the Six Chair Challenge and a spot at Judges' Houses rests with Cheryl Fernandez-Versini. However, Mel B, Louis Walsh and most importantly Simon Cowell suggest that she hasn't done enough to justify getting any further on the show.
"Today, I think you could have done a lot better. That was good, but I know you have a lot more inside you," said Walsh.
"I think you could have done a lot better," adds a disappointed Mel B.
Cowell is the most critical, commenting:...

After four weeks of The X Factor 2014, unless there are any manufactured groups, we've seen all this year's acts.
The clear early frontrunners to win the show are returning singer Paul Akister and fishmonger Lola Saunders, who can be backed at 9/2 and 5/1 to win the series and land a record deal.
9 X Factor acts who must make the Live Shows
Akister was ditched at Judges' Houses in 2013 by Louis Walsh, but looks likely to make it one step further this year.
Other acts with short odds include father and ex-navy officer Jay James (5/1), van driver Ben Haenow (6/1) and 2012 Judges' Houses reject Jake Quickenden (9/1).
Lauren Platt (9/1) and Kerrianne Covell (8/1) are two of the best-tipped female singers, while Only The Young look to be the only group (9/1) worth a punt right now.
