Leonardo Paulillo is the founder of Paulillo & Teti, a Rome based "boutique Law Firm". He has more then 20 years experience dealing with international law, audiovisual law, intellectual property and copyrights, more recently AI Law, working with many of the top companies in the entertainment industries with a deep commitment to providing the highest level of service to every client he works with, the law firm also manage top brands protection worldwide, negotiating and drafting IP and copyrights contracts. The Law Firm provide customized services in a safe environment of privacy. Legal Partners is a network of professionals created by Leonardo Paulillo, involving Lawyer/Professors in Italy providing high level advice and legal services for Companies in all the field of law, dealing also in providing Audiovisual Legal Clearance with a multidisciplinary legal approach. His practice focuses on entertainment, intellectual property, fine arts, video-games, culture, arts, communications and media transactional issues but he also handles other business matters, intellectual property and audio-visual agreements, and various specialized legal matters. As part of his duties, Dr. Paulillo is responsible for analyzing, preparing and revising business proposals for rights acquisitions, strategic partnerships, co-financing, audiovisual library acquisitions, production financing matters, literal properties acquisition, international co-productions, talent scouting and agreements, non-disclosure agreements and related transactions. Additionally, he prepared and negotiated international output agreements covering theatrical, home video, pay television, free television, airline and other rights in company motion pictures and he attend worldwide film markets and festivals supporting law firm clients, including Cannes, Ventana Sur, TIFF, Rome, and Berlin. He has been admitted to practice Law in Italy since the 1998 (Bar Association) and he is admitted in the bar of the adviser for EU intellectual Property since 2002 (EU intellectual property Bar Association). He is a lecturer and moderator in national and international seminars (ex: Ventana Sur/Max Planke Institute/Balkan Film Forum/Moscow Business Forum/Art Lab 2018/CNA Formazione/Auburn University Study Abroad Programme/Suor Orsola Benincasa University, etc.).

Furthermore he is the Director of Desk Cultura of Confindustria Puglia, representative for international affairs of the Madrid based company Grupo Altamedia, a Media Broker for audiovisuals, and in 2022 has been appointed as Secretary General of Audiovisivo Italiae a branch of the association of Cultura Italiae where all the audiovisual Italian stakeholder are grouped.
