Created by Steven Knight (Locke), the BBC television series "Peaky Blinders" has generated some conversation lately as Tom Hardy is joining the cast of the post-World War I crime series for the second season, which is set to air across the pond this Fall and now, we learn, will be arriving stateside around the same time courtesy of Netflix. Netflix has acquired rights to "Peaky Blinders" under a pact with The Weinstein Co. and Endemol, which will see all six, season one episodes debuting at 12:01 a.m. Pacific on Sept. 30, and season two will launch in November. Set in 1919, Birmingham, England, "Peaky Blinders" takes place in a town overrun with gangs and guns, and one opportunistic criminal will attempt to claim his slice of the pie... and only a ruthless police chief will stand in his way. The cast includes Cillian Murphy, Helen McCrory, Paul Anderson, Jeffrey Postlethwaite and Sam Neill.
