Netflix has released the first official teaser trailer for the fourth and final season of The Umbrella Academy, offering a fresh new look at what's to come for The Hargreeves siblings this August when the acclaimed series returns for its final batch of six episodes.
As per the season synopsis, "The Hargreeves siblings have scattered after the climactic showdown at the Hotel Oblivion led to a complete reset of their timeline. Stripped of their powers, each is left to fend for themselves and find a new normal — with wildly varying degrees of success.
Yet the trappings of their uncanny new world prove too hard to ignore for very long. Their father Reginald, alive and well, has stepped out of the shadows and into the public eye, overseeing a powerful and nefarious business empire. A mysterious association known as The Keepers holds clandestine meetings believing the reality they’re living in...

Well, Brellies, I have bad news and good news. The bad news is that we are unfortunately on the precipice of the fourth and final season of Netflix's adaption of "The Umbrella Academy." It's bad news because as much as we wish this show and all of the adventures of the Hargreeves Siblings would last forever, Netflix's decision to end the show after this season isn't going to change. The good news, fortunately, is that we've finally gotten a teaser trailer for the finale season, so we don't have to worry about the series facing a similar fate as "Glow" or "The Santa Clarita Diet." Based on the comic book series by Gerard Way and Gabriel Bá, "The Umbrella Academy" season 4 is bringing back all of our faves like Elliot Page, Tom Hopper, David Castañeda, Emmy Raver-Lampman, Robert Sheehan, Aidan Gallagher, Justin H. Min, Ritu Arya, and Colm Feore,...

The Umbrella Academy Trailer: The Hargreeves Aren’t So Powerless Anymore in New Final Season Footage
The Hargreeves siblings may have had their powers stripped away during The Umbrella Academy‘s last finale… but those are definitely tentacles we’re seeing back on Ben in a new trailer for the show’s final season.
In much of the freshly released footage (which you can watch in full above), the Hargreeves do look the worse for wear after last season’s failed reprogramming of the universe, with everyone appearing a bit tired and sad (or hyperventilating, in Klaus’ case). But as the trailer progresses, the siblings become more lively, and we’re treated to visuals of — among...

The Umbrellas (and one Sparrow) are back in the first teaser trailer for The Umbrella Academy‘s fourth and final season.
The trailer, set to a remix of “The Final Countdown,” teases the show’s “final timeline” after three seasons of the main cast’s time-traveling, universe-saving adventures.
The Umbrella Academy season four will pick up after the climactic showdown at the Hotel Oblivion which resulted in a reset of their timeline and left the original crew stripped of their various powers.
The result leaves the fan-favorite siblings to “fend for themselves and find a new normal with wildly varying degrees of success,” the show’s description reads. “Yet the trappings of their uncanny new world prove too hard to ignore for very long. Their father Reginald, alive and well, has stepped out of the shadows and into the public eye, overseeing a powerful and nefarious business empire.”

Reginald the Vampire season two is just a couple of weeks away!
The Syfy comedy/horror series is set to return to the network with it’s brand new season and it’s described as a show “with a lot of heart and just enough blood,” proving “the undead life is just as complicated as life itself.”
Here’s a season two synopsis: Reginald Andres finally got his life together – when he was turned into a vampire. While he doesn’t fit into the stereotypical expectations of what a vampire looks like – he’s not chiseled or classically handsome – Reginald has found his place amongst an unlikely cohort that includes the cool vampire who sired him, the former vampire chieftain turned unexpected ally (or is she?), and his co-worker/former girlfriend.

Raven Jackson’s All Dirt Roads Taste of Salt is a small miracle. A feature debut from the Tennessee-born writer and director, the A24-backed film acts as a meditation on life, a poetic retelling of moments that wash and wade, tug and pull, and shape and break one’s heart. Jackson composes her drama as a collection of experiences for Mack, played by Kaylee Nicole Johnson in childhood and Charleen McClure in adulthood, snapshots of a Black woman’s life in Mississippi. Both actors imbue reality into this character, a sense that Mack is so much more than just a character in a movie. Jackson tells Mack’s story without a need for linear consistency, instead deciding to focus on the people, places, sounds, and feelings that molded her.

Frank was so disgusted by some cops' negligence that he floated the idea of perp walking them.
In real life, police brutality is too often in the news, and people are divided over the issue of whether the bad cops are bad apples. We need more police leaders like Frank, willing to hold officers accountable for failing the people they are supposed to serve.
On Blue Bloods Season 13 Episode 12, Frank didn't get his perp walk, but he did punish both the instigator and the two cops who followed crappy orders. It was too late to undo a tragedy, but it was better than nothing.
Frank has always been about doing what's right, optics be damned. So it wasn't surprising that he fired the officers involved in this mess and considered demanding a perp walk.
Frank: I talked to Hobbs and Renfrow. They say that you told them it was okay...
