“There will be a wedding,” Fire Country star Billy Burke promises of the upcoming May 17 finale. “What transpires at that wedding is in question, and Bode [Max Thieriot] might be rethinking his relationship status in the whole scheme of what he’s got in front of him.” Before that finale, however, everyone’s heading to the campaign fire in Episode 9, airing May 10, and as seen in the photo above, Bode and his ex, Gabriela (Stephanie Arcila), whose wedding to Diego (Rafael de la Fuente) is the one coming up, will have a conversation. This comes after Gabriela’s mom (Paola Núñez) surprised her by showing up at the Firefighters’ Ball—off an invite from Diego—and talked to both her exes, Bode and Jake (Jordan Calloway). and Roberta certainly didn’t seem to think that it’s over for her daughter and Bode. “I think that’s a special moment in the sense of,...

One thing is clear on Fire Country: There will always be love between Bode (Max Thieriot) and Gabriela (Stephanie Arcila). But right now, she’s planning to marry someone else, and Bode spent a significant amount of time with Diego (Rafael De La Fuente) while the paramedic tried to save Cara‘s (Sabina Gadecki) life in the fifth episode of the season. But could Bode actually stand back and watch Gabriela marry someone else? “We’re going to find out, I’ll tell you that,” Thieriot tells TV Insider. “It’s like his heart is split, right? One part of his heart really just wants the best for her. And after this experience in Episode 5, he really believes that Diego is a great person for her to be with. But then I think the other side of his heart is breaking into a million pieces because he believes that she is his person.

Fire Country viewers will have to wait a while to learn what happened to Bode (Max Thieriot).
It’s frustrating for Fire Country fans to have the show be Mia again after only one new episode aired in March.
Season 2 of Fire County has only had four new episodes air so far.
The reason for that, of course, was because of the Writers Strike and the SAG/AFTRA strike pushing the 2023/2024 TV season into early 2024.
While many people thought TV shows would run all-new episodes until May because of the delay that is not the case.
At least this preemption for Fire Country is for a good reason, as opposed to CBS simply airing a repeat of the show.
Why isn’t Fire Country on tonight?
Fire Country isn’t on tonight because of March Madness. That’s right, it’s the time of year again when CBS becomes all about college basketball.

So far, only three episodes of Fire Country Season 2 have aired, but a lot has happened—and there’s much more to come, including the introduction of a new character who could be a big part of this world if a spinoff does, in fact, happen. Already this season, we’ve seen Bode (Max Thieriot) get out of prison and learn he might be a father, Gabriela (Stephanie Arcila) move on from him and get engaged (to Rafael De La Fuente‘s Diego), Sharon (Diane Farr) and Vince (Billy Burke) at least starting to take steps towards talking about the problems between them, and job changes across Three Rock and Station 42. So what’s still ahead? When we spoke with Farr, she offered some teases about the next few episodes. An upcoming episode is introducing Morena Baccarin’s sheriff. What’s Sharon’s relationship like with her? I feel like...

[Warning: The below contains Major spoilers for Fire Country Season 2 Episode 2 “Like Breathing Again.”] “It was like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde,” Fire Country star Kevin Alejandro admits when it came to directing a scene in the latest episode: His character’s daughter, Gabriela (Stephanie Arcila), took on a dangerous cave rescue. Gabriela saved the victim and was fine … meaning she can now focus on what her father had to tell her after. Manny said that her mother didn’t abandon them, but rather, he was never there for her. And so he encourages her to invite her to her upcoming wedding to Diego (Rafael De La Fuente). Below, Alejandro takes us inside directing the episode, talks Manny’s new role at 42, relationships with Gabriela, Bode (Max Thieriot), and Sharon (Diane Farr), and more. Talk about directing Gabriela’s cave rescue. Kevin Alejandro: It was an adrenaline rush. I’d never directed anything like that specifically underwater.

[Warning: The below contains Major spoilers from the Fire Country Season 2 premiere, “Something’s Coming.”] Well, it didn’t take long for Bode (Max Thieriot) to find his way back to a position where he’ll be fighting fires on Fire Country. But he has just returned to Three Rock, the fire camp for inmates, and is already grappling with one surprise—that he may have a kid, Genevieve, with his high school ex-girlfriend Cara (Sabina Gadecki) she never told him about—when he gets hit with another. Gabriela (Stephanie Arcila), whom he’d told to forget about him, bursts in to tell Eve (Jules Latimer), now leading Three Rock, that she and Diego (Rafael De La Fuente) are engaged after both proposed. How many divorced children wish for their parents to reunite during the holidays?
Using Santa's magical pen on Letters to Santa, siblings Sam and Izzy ask for things to make their family happier again.
While the Hallmark holiday film follows a predictable arc, the child actors capture your heart immediately.
Katie Leclerc and Rafael de la Fuente play a separated couple, Rebecca and Enrique. While I appreciated that they kept up holiday traditions for their children, Sam and Izzy, part of the film, I wanted to scream at them for being so stubborn.
Neither one would adjust their work schedule or ways of thinking to fix their marriage, and it was affecting the kids.
Counselor: The idea is to get back to what made you fall in love in the first place.
Enrique: I would like that.
Rebecca: I would like that, too

If you enjoy watching Carrington catfights and drama, you won't find them in the 2022-23 broadcast season. The CW has cancelled the Dynasty series so, we won't see a sixth season of the reboot. The fifth season is currently airing and, at this point, looks like it will keep running through June. It's unclear when the last episode will be released.

There will be no Season 6 for the CW’s Dynasty. The CW has opted not to renew the reboot of the iconic 1980s soap, and it will end with the current fifth season.
Dynasty was considered among the most vulnerable CW series to snag a renewal. It was the victim of disappointing ratings and its previous renewals, along with 4400, had been motivated by the money the series generates for CBS Studios through the show’s Netflix deal.
Dynasty hails from Gossip Girl creators Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage, CBS Studios and Fake Empire. Schwartz and Savage teamed with Revenge writer-producer Sallie Patrick and the original series’ creators, husband-and-wife duo Esther Shapiro & Richard Shapiro, for a new modern-day reboot of the classic Aaron Spelling-produced ABC series.

“Charmed,” “Dynasty,” “Roswell, New Mexico” and “In the Dark” have been canceled at The CW, Variety has learned.
Both “Roswell, New Mexico” and “In the Dark” have already completed filming on their upcoming seasons and will conclude after those episodes have aired.
Also canceled Thursday by the younger-skewing broadcast network were “Naomi” and “4400.”
Based on the original WB/CW series of the same name, “Charmed” was currently airing its fourth season. The reboot starred Melonie Diaz, Sarah Jeffery, Lucy Barrett, Rupert Evans and Jordan Donica. During the show’s first three seasons, Madeleine Mantock was the lead, playing the three sisters at the center of the series along with Diaz and Jeffrey. The drama is flowing on Dynasty Season 5!
It sure sounds like things are going to get crazier on Dynasty Season 5 Episode 5, airing March 25 on The CW at 9 p.m.
"Fallon (Elizabeth Gillies) and Liam (Adam Huber) go to work on their new plan," reads the official logline, hinting that there's some unity between the show's central couple.
If you watch Dynasty online, you know their relationship hit another snag in the form of their chat about having children.
The pair have worked on their relationship of late, and hopefully, they are able to navigate this latest hurdle in a mature way.
The show has a real opportunity to show that the continued tension between Fallon and Liam is not phoned in to increase the drama.
"As Sam (Rafael de la Fuente) works on his own work/life balance, a guest at La Mirage gives him something to think about," the logline adds.

Fallon Carrington could be dead.
The CW has dropped the first trailer for Dynasty Season 5, and, well, it sounds like the first two episodes will be a somber affair.
While Blake is seen getting the mansion prepared for Christmas, he doesn't seem to be in the festive mood.
If you watch Dynasty online, you know Dynasty Season 4 wrapped with Eva turning a gun on Fallon, leaving fans to ponder her future.
The only positive is that The CW is airing the first two episodes of Dynasty Season 5 on December 20, before the series goes on hiatus until March.
The two-episode premiere landed a place on the network's holiday roster because, well, they were filmed and had a holiday theme.
Fallon is nowhere to be seen in the trailer, but Liam looks super upset in a quick glimpse.
In fact, everyone is clearly struggling to comprehend recent events, but this being Dynasty,...

Are you ready to celebrate Christmas with the Carringtons?
Dynasty Season 4 concluded with Fallon shot, Alexis in jail for a murder she did not commit, and more drama for the characters.
Thankfully, The CW is giving fans a holiday treat on Monday, December 20, in the form of the first two episodes of Dynasty Season 5.
The network also revealed a wealth of plot details, and if we're to read between the lines, Fallon Carrington is gone.
Then again, the network knows this is a massive cliffhanger that will be resolved throughout the two-hour Holiday special, so Fallon could likely have survived.
"Fallout from Blake's (Grant Show) gala finally begins to settle and Blake and Cristal (Daniella Alonso) work on the next phase of his campaign," reads the logline for the first half of the event.

Are you ready to say goodbye to the Carringtons?
Dynasty Season 4 Episode 22 will conclude the current season of the soapy drama, and it's going to be a lot of fun.
"Blake (Grant Show) and Cristal (Daniella Alonso) work together on the new obstacles threatening Blake's senatorial campaign," reads the official logline from the network.
If you watch Dynasty online, you know the series has laned heavily on Blake's pursuit of power on a political front.
With the season finale upon us, we can expect some wild developments on the back of it.
We'll probably also get a throwback to a moment from the past for good measure.
But, what will happen between Fallon, Liam, and Eva?
"Fallon (Elizabeth Gillies) turns to Amanda (guest star Eliza Bennett) for help regarding Liam (Adam Huber) and their marriage."
We know Eva is ready to change everything for Liam and Fallon, thanks to her manipulation.

Fallon's devotion to Fallon Unlimited is messing with her relationship.
The CW has dropped plot details for Dynasty Season 4 Episode 17, and, well, there might be some good news on the horizon.
"Fallon (Elizabeth Gillies) remains hyper-focused on Fallon Unlimited, but realizes she needs some time with Liam (Adam Huber)," the description begins.
If you watch Dynasty online, you know Eva has been getting closer to Liam, regularly trying to help him when she doesn't need to.
Some comments from her would not sit well with Fallon, but this being Dynasty, we should prepare for Falliam to be tested like never before.
"Kirby (Maddison Brown) returns to the Manor and begins to make amends with those she hurt, with help from Sam (Rafael de la Fuente)," the logline continues.
Yes, Kirby is finally back, and we're sure there's going to be a lot of tension on the back of it.

Eliza Bennett has been cast in the role of Amanda Carrington on The CW’s “Dynasty.”
Bennett joins Season 4 in a recurring guest star role, with her first episode being “The British Are Coming” on Aug. 27. She will be a series regular in the forthcoming fifth season.
The original 1980s primetime soap opera “Dynasty” featured Catherine Oxenberg in the role of Amanda for the first three years of the character’s existence. (Her apt entrance was in the fifth season episode titled “Amanda.”) Karen Cellini stepped in in recasting.
This version of Amanda is described as a long-lost Carrington relative who was born and raised in Europe but arrives now “holding a treasure trove of secrets” — both from her past, as well as the Carrington family’s past. She is also described as smart and confident, a character who can hold her own against those who come at her. She is a lawyer,...

If there's one thing Dynasty Season 4 has lacked, it's the complicated dynamic between Fallon and Alexis.
Thankfully, Dynasty Season 4 Episode 15 puts the focus back on the fraught relationship between the mother and daughter.
"With Fallon (Elizabeth Gillies) occupied by her business ventures, Liam (Adam Huber) is left feeling neglected and Fallon and Alexis (Elaine Hendrix) are at odds once again," the official logline reads.
If you watch Dynasty online, you know these two love getting into an argument and it gives Gillies and Hendrix a fun dynamic to work with.
The sad thing is that it looks like Liam's tale will be tied to it. The show has sort of forgotten about Liam this season, regularly putting him on the backburner, so hopefully that changes.
As for Alexis, she's going to be in a world of trouble when the truth inevitably comes out that she's partly responsible for Kirby going off the deep end.

Dynasty really went there.
Dynasty Season 4 Episode 13 revealed that Anders was the character in the coffin after crashing his car.
It was a brutal revelation, but it changed the trajectory of the show in a big way, leaving many of the characters on the precipice of big changes.
But what's on tap on Dynasty Season 4 Episode 14, airing Friday, August 13?
"Dominique (Michael Michele) is disappointed in the sales for her new business, and Jeff (Sam Adegoke) advises her to remain patient, but Dom has other plans," reads the logline.
Dominique was not present in the big episode, but it's always fun when she comes up with outlandish plans to get what she wants.
Her relationship with Jeff has blossomed in recent episodes, but it's possible it could be strained again if Dom goes rogue.
As for Fallon and Sam?

Dynasty is throwing more soap our way than ever during its fourth season, airing Fridays at 9/8c on The CW.
Looking ahead to Dynasty Season 4 Episode 6, there is way more drama on tap than before.
While the network doesn't release traditional 30-second spots for the series, they reveal many of the plot details in advance, so at least we have something to chew on until the next episode airs.
"With Blake (Grant Show) and Fallon's (Elizabeth Gillies) new agreement in place, Fallon sets out to make sure everyone knows who's the boss," reads the network's official description of the next episode titled, "A Little Father-Daughter Chat."
Indeed, Dynasty Season 4 Episode 5 concluded with Blake thinking he had way more power after Fallon asked him to work with her.
Unbeknownst to him, she didn't want him to have that much power. She merely thought he'd be an asset to her team, and...
