When Chris Warren first started portraying Hayden Moss on Tyler Perry’s Sistas, the character was a lot like Zeke, the affable teen the actor played in Disney’s High School Musical movies.
But as time went on, Hayden became more and more sinister as he plotted against Zac and Fatima, aka “Zatima.” Warren, who says he is loving every minute of his character’s wickedness, adds that the attorney is going to get a lot worse when the hit BET drama returns for Season 4B on Wednesday, June 1 at 9/8c.

Even though Da’Vonne Rogers lost the big prize on “Big Brother: All-Stars,” coming in 10th place, she was still named America’s Favorite Houseguest at the conclusion of Season 22. Da’Vonne chatted with Gold Derby’s Joyce Eng about whether she’d ever want to play “Bb” again and she didn’t mince words, saying the competition is way too long. (Regular seasons tend to last just under 100 days.) However, there’s another CBS reality TV show that catches her eye.
“What I really wanna do is ‘Survivor,'” Da’Vonne confirmed. “It’s [39] days, I’ll be gone, knock that out. I’ll be Ok with that. I think that’s what I wanna do.” She also seemed on board with joining a potentially future 30-day “Celebrity Big Brother” edition, proclaiming, “I’m set.”

Just as Gold Derby predicted, Cody Calafiore (aka Bb Comics’ The Cali-Fury) became the winner of “Big Brother 22” on Wednesday, October 28. He faced off against Enzo Palumbo in the final two after solely eliminating Nicole Franzel when he took the last Head of Household. (Read our minute-by-minute finale recap.) By claiming the title of “All-Stars” champion, Cody became the 15th man to win “Big Brother” across 22 seasons, compared to only seven women.

The first two winners of CBS’s reality TV show were both men: the often-forgotten Eddie McGee (Season 1) and frequent returnee Dr. Will Kirby (Season 2). During Monday’s penultimate episode of “Big Brother 22,” Nicole Franzel claimed victory in Part 1 of the final Head of Household competition. That means Enzo Palumbo and Cody Calafiore now have to face off in Part 2 on Wednesday night; the winner will compete against Nicole live in Part 3. After being the first person to drop from his swing during the Halloween-themed endurance comp, Enzo looked like a real-life zombie in the Diary Room.

And then there were three. With the finale of “Big Brother 22” scheduled for Wednesday, October 28, all eyes are now on which player has what it takes to go the distance and win the $500,000 grand prize.
For almost the entire season Cody Calafiore has dominated Gold Derby’s predictions, and he still leads with 53/20 odds to win. Second place goes to Enzo Palumbo with 20/1 odds, followed by Nicole Franzel at 100/1 odds. Do you agree or disagree with the predictions of your fellow fans? There’s still time to make your own picks.

With Cody Calafiore winning his second Head of Household competition this week on “Big Brother 22” and continuing the streak of his alliance strictly nominating players outside their group, we must ask the question: how does The Committee rank against the great alliances in Bb history? Cody has been aligned with Christmas Abbott, Nicole Franzel, Memphis Garrett, Tyler Crispen and Dani Briones in a so-far-unbreakable alliance of six since Memphis corralled the group during his own Hoh reign in week 2. As of this week, they have won 7/8 Hoh and 5/8 Power of Veto comps.

Dude! Things have gotten very bromantic on “Big Brother” after Cody Calafiore, Memphis Garrett, Tyler Crispin and Enzo Palumbo dominated the first four Head of Household competitions of Season 22. The men have been picking off women one by one, but even though All-Stars Keesha Smith, Nicole Anthony and Janelle Pierzina were the first three players sent packing, the ladies remaining in the house don’t seem overly concerned. Big Brother has been filled with drama since its inception 20 years ago.
Several people have won the grand prize, and while some may not have deserved it, they managed to scheme their way to the top spot.
With a second All-Stars season on the way, it's time to take a look back at some of the winners and where they are at today.
Eddie McGee (Season 1)
Big Brother was a very different game when it launched back in the year 2000.
McGee played a decent enough game and is the first-ever winner of the U.S. iteration.
In the years since his win, he has worked as an actor, with roles in The Human Race and God's Pocket.
Will Kirby (Season 2)
Will is one of the best players to ever enter the house. There's no doubt about that.
He subsequently returned to the game in Big Brother: All Stars, and finished in fourth place.

Abrahamian first competed on Season 18 of the CBS reality hit, coming in second to Nicole Franzel. He then returned for Season 19, where he made it to the final two once again, only to lose to Josh Martinez.

Production of this all-stars season of “Bb” veterans had been delayed due to the Covid-19 pandemic but it appears that the the first houseguests have arrived in Los Angeles to start their mandatory 14-day quarantine prior to entering the house.

I don't know how to break this to you, but all you need to know about "Big Brother 16" is the following: Cody won the final Hoh, could've guaranteed himself $500,000 by evicting Derrick over Victoria, and yet he didn't; that's because Derrick is too powerful a player with too much intuition and too much command, and he wrangled Cody into feeling obligated (I guess?) to give him $500,000. That is unthinkably sensational gameplay. It doesn't feel real. Week after week, we've watched Derrick move more pawns into place (or at least one pawn named Victoria) and choreograph a flawless victory for himself. It even feels like the look on Cody's face has been "silver-medal good sport" for about a month. I figured all along that Cody was this season's Shane from BB14, a studly gamer with a good alliance and no Machiavellian masterstroke, but he turned into this season's GinaMarie, a proud...

In the spirit of Big Brother ’s Sweet 16 season, quite a few milestones were reached on Wednesday’s live finale.
For one, the season ender resulted in a rare Final Two duo that had been planning this moment since the very beginning. Big Brother is a long game — at 97 days, this season clocks in at the longest ever — and with so many variables at play, it’s not often that a Final Two deal is seen through, making Derrick and Cody’s accomplishment even more impressive.
But the 90-minute broadcast was full of much, much more than Derrick’s ultimate victory.

Tonight's finale show, kicked off with footage of the final Hoh competitions part 1 and 2. Cody won the first part which was an endurance comp when Victoria dropped first. Then Derrick just decided to give up, knowing he could just beat Vic in the 2nd round with no problems. And surely enough, he did. Then they showed the great Dr. Will returning to talk with the Jury cast as to who of the remaining three, deserves the $500,000. Surprisingly, there were some mixed emotions with some of the jury members as Jocasta and Donny were quite bitter at Derrick. After all that, Derrick and Cody competed in the 3rd and final round of the last Hoh comp. It was a quiz, and Cody won it in a tie-break question. Then Cody decided to take Derrick to the final 2, finally eliminating Victoria and making one of the biggest mistakes of his entire life lol.

It's a special Friday episode of Big Brother 16! Something weird happened last year on Survivor. A contestant from another CBS reality show appeared on the program. Previously, CBS had imported stars from Survivor and Big Brother onto The Amazing Race. And it also cast Willie Hantz — brother of Survivor’s Russell and uncle of Survivor’s Brandon — on Big Brother. But Survivor — which is still considered the granddaddy and gold star of reality television, even if it doesn’t have the Emmy awards (or nominations, for that matter) to prove it — had never accepted sloppy seconds from another CBS show.

The only thing more hilariously lame than the first 55 minutes of last Thursday's "Big Brother" was the way Julie Chen concluded it in the final seconds. Paraphrased: "Did you like last week's mundane episodes of 'Big Brother'? Well, Here Comes That Very Mundanity Again. Next week we're bringing you the same boring challenges, the same boring final five, and for some reason we're adding more episodes. Cheers! It's like I always say: Expect the unexpected. Unless you expected something insufferable. Then go ahead and expect that." Worse, Caleb ended up winning Hoh on the second go-'round of that damn shovel-seesaw game using his two major skills -- muscle movements and needless hollering. He ended up nominating Victoria, who believes she is on a very long episode of "Trading Spaces," and Frankie, who spends his time pretending that giggling and blinking is enough to comprise a personality. Could this be curtains for Frankie?...

It's time to see what the "Big Brother" Rewind actually means, because no matter how many times Julie Chen half-explains it, I don't have a clue. All I know is that there was a button, it was pushed and it's going to undo an impressive run of challenge excellence from the otherwise irksome Frankie. And that's going to be fun. Or is it? Honestly, your guess is as good as mine. Let's find out... 8:03 p.m. Et. Julie Chen has gone dark for the second straight week, as she promises that "the game is about to be rewound," which she warns us won't impact the target on challenge "beast" Frankie. 8:03 p.m. Cody is confident that Victoria is this week's real target, but anxious that Frankie might choose to take the opportunity to outset him. Victory is making rabbit faces into the camera, on the verge of tears.

No matter what way you slice it, we're down to five distinct characters on "Big Brother 16": the clear frontrunner, the clear frontrunner's gay understudy, the hapless beefcake, the even more hapless beefcake, and a perfect sliver of God named Victoria. That's what we've got. As the final week of "Big Brother" rolls by, it's clear it's going to take a miracle for a major turnaround in the game to occur. Who's capable of such a feat? Anyone? To help us analyze everyone's game this week, we've again enlisted the help of our friend Andy Herren, the winner of "Big Brother 15." Join us as we grade everyone in the house and basically just start applauding when Derrick's name comes up. Victoria the Star Andy Herren: I really want to live in Victoria’s version of reality. In Victoria’s mind, she has played a brilliant social game alongside Derrick,...

Nicole Franzel, 21-year-old nursing school graduate, was evicted from the Big Brother house not once, but twice! After winning the right to reenter the game from the jury house, Nicole was right back out the door just two votes later. What does she think about her second go-round, the people that refuse to make a move, and her future with Hayden? We slipped some questions to Nicole on her way back to the jury house and here’s what she had to say.
Entertainment Weekly: Which was harder: being voted out the first time or the second?

Before Thursday’s episode of Big Brother even began, I knew how I was going to start this recap.
I was going to talk about how dull this season has been, how the Detonators have easily steamrolled over their fellow houseguests all summer and how we all know Derrick is going to win this thing, unless something major happens in the next couple of weeks.
And while Thursday’s double eviction episode didn’t flip the script that much, it certainly did bring one houseguest’s journey to an unexpected end.

It's time for the season's second Double Eviction Thursday on "Big Brother." I missed the last one for some reason and didn't get to recap it and what's the point of recapping Thursday night episodes if you're not going to get to handle the double eviction chaos. But I'm here tonight, even though I know that even if some miracle saves Nicole in the first vote, her chances of surviving a second vote are virtually nil. So will it just be Nicole and Victoria/Christine going home or will something shocking happen in the second HoH/Nominations/Veto/Vote maelstrom? Let's find out! 9:01 p.m. Et. Julie Chen is dressed for Halloween tonight. Pay no attention to the bright and smilely Julie Chen picture above. It's only there because CBS doesn't update "Big Brother" pictures with any frequency. Tonight, Julie's in a black pantsuit with dark red lipstick. 9:03 p.

When we left "Big Brother" on Thursday night, the hamsters were slipping and sliding around the backyard trying to fill snowmen with cloudy fluid in order to win Head of Household. Thanks to a couple colleagues who think that because they watch the feeds, posting off-air results doesn't count as a spoiler, I already know who won HoH, but click through for the full live-blog as I pretend to be surprised. 8:04 p.m. Victoria fall down! Nicole fall down! Nicole fall down again! And again! Christine wants to have the power and she thinks it'd be funny if she sent Nicole home twice. Derrick wants the $5000 Dollars/5000 Hollas, but he wants to keep his alliance safe. We flash back to the moments before eviction, when Frankie tried making the case that Nicole might work with Christine and that she should be taken out before Donny. Frankie whines that this...

I've been on MTV VMAs duty tonight, so this "Big Brother" recap is a bit late. Apologies. Since's it's already a bit late, I'm also not sure how much I'm likely to care about a Sunday telecast. Apologies for that as well. But I'll try to convey the basics of what goes down on Sunday's (August 24) "Big Brother" telecast. 8:02 p.m. When we left things, Nicole had just reentered the game and Zach was permanently dispatched and there was the potential for anarchy amongst the hamsters. And yes, "Anarchy Amongst the Hamsters" is also the title of my autobiography. 8:03 p.m. "I have a second shot to win this game and I am so ready," an excited Nicole says. "She's definitely not my No.1 choice to come back into the House," Derrick says. Ariana Grande's Brother says he's looking forward to getting Nicole and Donny out, while...

Zach Rance wanted to be noticed this summer on Big Brother. That much was clear. Whether he was parading around in that goofy pink hat, starting a showmance with Frankie (even though he says he is straight), or calling other contestants a “fruit loop dingus,” Zach liked to be noticed. Maybe he should have played a little more under the radar because his fellow alliance members had finally had enough and evicted him from the Big Brother house last night. Then, with a chance to reenter the game in a jury competition, he fell short, ending his dream of emerging as the winner.

Nicole Franzel, 21-year-old nursing school graduate, was evicted from the Big Brother house last night at the hands of her frenemy Christine, who betrayed her by putting her up on the block after promising that she wouldn’t. Since all the jury members will have a chance to re-enter the game next week, we were not allowed to talk to Nicole after being evicted. But we did manage to email her some questions that she responded to. What is Nicole’s biggest regret? What’s her status with showmance partner Hayden? And how far is she willing to go to back into the game.

I don't want Donny *or* Nicole to go home. So I'm not at all pleased with Thursday's (August 14) "Big Brother" elimination episode as we begin. Donny's just been playing the strangest of "Big Brother" games, winning key Pov challenges and getting support from Frankie and Derrick on Team America, but in a House of alliances, he hasn't made any. And Nicole has been excellent at winning Head of Household challenges, but not so effective at wielding her power. Let's see how things pan out on tonight's episode... 9:05 p.m. We're up to Day 56 in the House. "Lies and secret identities have been exposed," Julie Chen says, teasing the potential for future backstabbing, but mostly talking about that moment on Wednesday's show when Frankie told everybody who his sister was and only Victoria seemed to actually know. 9:06 p.m. In the Head of Household room, Christine is giddy that she has chosen a side,...

I wish Gilbert Gottfried, who voiced Otev last night in "Big Brother's" traditional Pov challenge centered around the fictional boss, had really ripped into the houseguests and said in his trademark screech, "What an annoying bunch of houseguests this year! What horrible voices! For Christ's sake! Morons." Because they are annoying this year. Frankly, with Jocasta out of the house for now, we're really missing a core type of personality in the game: a happy person. Yeah, Cody is sort of affable. Christine seems friendly, and I loved her Hoh blog this week. Donny is part possum, and possums always seem satisfied. But Jocasta truly beamed. She was never dogged by being on the block, and she usually responded to the threat of elimination by dialing herself up on a fake phone and throwing down an incoherent one-liner about God. Oh, how I miss it. Rumor is God does too.

Welcome, East Coasters, to a special late night edition of "Big Brother," delayed nearly three hours by the conclusion of the PGA Championship. Or, perhaps, Welcome East Coasters who missed tonight's "Big Brother' due to the lengthy delay and want to find out what happened. This is why everybody should live in the Pacific time zone. Our CBS Sunday lineup always airs on-time. Earthquakes, mudslides and the occasional wildfire are a small price to pay. But anyway... When we left things on Thursday, Jocasta had been sent home under normal circumstances and Hayden was the victim of the Week of "Big Brother" in 35-ish minutes. I miss The Rationale already. Let's see how things shake out. 10:02 p.m. Et. Oh goodie. Another jam-packed episode, with a Head of Household, Nominations and Battle of the Block in one hour. 10:05 p.m. Nicole is at war with the hamsters as the episode begins.

Each week after every eviction, host Julie Chen will answer a few of EW’s burning questions about the latest episode of Big Brother.
EW: If Donny did not win the power of veto and was still on the block, do you think he would/should have been evicted over Hayden?
Julie Chen: No, Hayden probably would have been evicted regardless because Derrick decided to turn his back on the “rationales” and Derrick seems to be running things. Plus, Donny seems to be the most liked person inside the house. Donny also has no one working with him, so...

The Big Brother 16 game really started to begin last week. All of the deals, alliances, flip-flops and scheming led to an intense double eviction that found Jocasta and Hayden becoming the first members of the jury. It looked like the Bomb Squad was back in control. But a lot can happen in 24 hours.

(You like the picture I chose above? Doesn't it look like a creepy Victorian portrait of two dead Silverlake hipsters? Anyway.) I didn't think there was a way to make a double eviction night on "Big Brother" anticlimactic, but Julie Chen proved me wrong when she announced several times (in her favorite "sinister newsreel" voice) that the evening's evictees would earn the chance to reenter the game. Ugh. What? Already? I half-expected Julie to kick a hole through the big studio TV screen and laugh, "This episode doesn't even matter!" There is nothing about getting 10th or 11th place on "Big Brother" that strikes me as reentry-worthy, but tonight's evictees, who would normally rank 11th and 10th, may well be on their way to a highly unimpressive victory. Hooray? Bottom line: It's hard to know what to make of tonight's episode. So instead of lamenting the evictions of bow-tied sorceress Jocasta and goofball prince Hayden,...

Nicole found herself on the block in this week's double elimination on Big Brother.
Zach Narrowly Escapes Eviction
Derrick, Cody and Hayden began the episode absolutely certain that Zach was on his way out, though they decline to tell neither Zach nor Frankie their suspicions. Instead, Frankie walks in on Cody and Derrick conspiring, and, though Cody tries to cover, his painfully awkward attempt at deflection doesn’t quite do the trick. It’s Derrick that convinces Frankie that Zach is going to be evicted this week.
When Caleb hears that the boys are plotting to get rid of Zach, he convinces them that they need Zach for their alliance. Zach may be an untrustworthy manipulator, but at least he’s on their side (for now). Plus, Frankie, Cody and Derrick begin to suspect that Nicole and Hayden are just manipulating them in the hope of booting Frankie from the house.

For being an unscripted reality show, Big Brother sure does get formulaic after a while.
Every summer, without fail, there comes a moment when the houseguests’ smooth-sailing strategy gets thrown off course. Suffice to say, Thursday’s double eviction gave us that moment.
Here’s what went down on the fast-paced live broadcast, which sent two houseguests packing by the end of the hour:
Related James Van Der Beek Joins CSI: Cyber as a Series Regular
* Derrick and Cody — easily the smartest players in the game, who made a silly decision to play both sides of the house this week...

The double eviction of Big Brother 16 is over, with Jocasta and Hayden becoming the first two members of the jury (though Julie Chen told them they might have a chance to come back into the game). After the show ended, there was a lot of scrambling, and by 9:30pm Pt, the feeds went dark for the new HoH competition, which will once again crown two winners. The Battle of the Block is not over and that presents a lot of complications with just nine HGs.

Julie Chen says the phrase, "It's a double eviction" the way the doctor in "Love Story" tells us Jenny has leukemia. Grim, unsmiling, heavy monotone -- and she's right to establish the stakes. It's a life-or-death moment, and I'm glad we're getting to the most dramatic type of "Big Brother" week just as I realize I can't take another minute of the "Battle of the Block" rigamarole. Two houseguests are voted back into society tomorrow (which is a scary idea as is), and it seems like spanky Zankie is in grave danger. Is this good or bad for "Big Brother 16"? Instead of recapping every moment of this better-than-usual Wednesday episode, we're breaking down the events with seven crucial questions about the game at hand. Who's game is most impressive right now? Whose game is suffering from dramatic setbacks? Who does the best job of remembering Victoria's name? I consider all...

On tonight’s episode of Big Brother, the typical Power of Veto competition will take a decidedly more colorful turn, and we’ve got a preview of the superhuman-sized competition to prove it.
In tonight’s PoV game “Bb Comics,” every houseguest will zip-line past a window revealing 16 comic book covers based on the houseguests, which they’ll have to memorize in typical Bb fashion. The photos—which you can see in their full glory exclusively on EW—were designed specifically for Big Brother by professional comic artists Tom Nguyen, Josh Adams, Joe Martino, Michael Borkowski, and Andy Smith from DC,...

When we left things, "Big Brother" had misgauged the attention-paying skills of this season's hamsters and 12 questions weren't enough to crown a Head of Household. That means that Sunday's (August 3) episode is going to feature an HoH, nominations and Battle of the Block in one tight hour, right? Follow along... 8:08 p.m. We pick up with a tiebreaker that crowns Nicole and Donny as the new Heads of Household. "Remember how stressed out I was last time I was Head of Household?" Nicole says. Not especially. Honestly, I only remember Nicole in an assortment of funny costumes. We've established that's what Nicole is best at in the game and possibly in the world: Wearing humiliation costumes. On the other hand, Donny observes, "I'm tickled pink that I won Head of Household today." Zach pretends to be pissed off, making a big show of pretending his math was the problem,...

Caleb and Amber’s unrequited love story imploded on Thursday night’s Big Brother, with Caleb putting Amber on the block, leading to her eventual eviction.
Amber Confronts Caleb
Amber feels betrayed after winding up on the block this week, and she goes to Caleb for answers. Caleb admitted he nominated her for eviction, and tries to read her a Bible passage about trust to explain his reasoning, but Amber is not in the mood. So Caleb says that he thinks she might be going against their alliance, creating a new alliance with the girls. Amber dismisses him and walks out, but later agrees to talk again. This time, Caleb admits he brought up the idea of putting Amber up for eviction, but also says that their alliance knew that she was going to end up on the block. Of course, not only did they know about it, they orchestrated it.

The Big Brother house should have a sign on its front door that reads “No Girls Allowed.”
Of the season’s first four evictions, three of the booted contestants have been ladies (and the only guy to be sent packing has been Devin, Dastardly Tyrant of the Land). And Thursday’s live eviction episode was no different; two women sat side by side once again, one of them much more at risk for leaving than the other.
