Ofcom has ruled that an episode of Celebrity Big Brother broke scheduling regulations.
Five complaints were made about the Sunday, January 19 edition of the Channel 5 programme, which was a repeat of the previous evening's episode.
The complaints referred to sexual references and discussions, which were deemed inappropriate for its transmission time of 11.30am.
The episode's highlights included Ollie Locke and Luisa Zissman making bread shaped like Dappy's penis, and general chats about orgasms and sex.
Channel 5 responded at the time that viewers would have been aware of the show's "cheeky conversation, rude language and mildly sexually suggestive innuendos".
The channel also insisted that the episode was no more than "mildly risqué" and that it was not "highly charged or erotic" and "the explicit reference to orgasm was not aggressive or suggestive".

Winner Of The Week: Middle-earth. Over a Christmas weekend with five new wide-release movies, The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug remained on top for the third straight weekend. It earned an estimated $29.9 million, losing only a hair (5 percent) of last weekend's business. Frozen was close behind with an estimated $28.8 million. The only truly kid-friendly movie out there, it actually did 46 percent better than last weekend, even though it lost 205 screens.

Winner Of The Week: Estrogen. Female-driven movies sold nearly $60 million worth of tickets this weekend. The princesses of Frozen snowballed past the gladiators of The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, ending the latter's two-week chart reign, but both movies did ridiculously well, with Frozen grabbing an estimated $31.6 million and Catching Fire an estimated $27.0 million. After two weekends in wide release, that amounts to $134.3 million for Frozen, while three-week-old Catching Fire boasts a total of $336.7 million so far.

Winner Of The Week: The Best Man Holiday. Sure, it opened in second place and failed to dethrone Thor: The Dark World, but no one expected it to top the chart. Still, the romantic dramedy sequel far outperformed expectations. After all, it's the sequel to a movie that came out 14 years ago and did only $34 million in total business back then (about $54 million at today's prices). But this weekend, Holiday opened with an estimated $30.6 million, or nearly as much in three days as The Best Man earned during its whole run.

The other day someone pointed out to me that Matt Smith has no eyebrows.
As a seasoned professional, I immediately did some research. Turns out he has quantum locks – sometimes they are there, sometimes they are mysteriously absent, and sometimes they are sort of there but ghostly, like his lower forehead's being haunted by caterpillar spirits.
Then, that weekend, it was all I could see during Nightmare in Silver. I couldn't tell you anything about the episode other than there were lots of Matt Smiths and I kept staring at the void where his eyebrows should be, were, and sort-of-were-if-you-squinted. Consequently I had to use Twitter as a barometer for the episode's quality. Some seemed to think it was...

Chances are slim of Oasis ever appearing on ITV2's 'The Big Reunion', but rocker Liam Gallagher has confessed he would reform iconic nineties band Oasis for free.
The 40-year-old Beady Eye singer revealed: “I would reform Oasis. Don’t get me wrong. I’m not desperate to. But if it was right, I’d do it. I’d do it for nothing, I’d do it for the music,” in an exclusive interview and photoshoot with The Sun's Mf magazine.
Liam also admitted the band shouldn’t have split in the first place: "We should have weathered the storm...we'd had bigger arguments about bigger things and carried on, but I think Noel had done his time."
However, never one to miss an opportunity to make a dig at his brother, Liam didn't speak positively about Noel's post-Oasis music with new band High Flying Birds.

Emmerdale's Eric Pollard has been named as the unhealthiest character in soap.
In 62% of scenes, Eric (Chris Chittell) either has a drink in his hand or he's talking about his next livener. The study was made by Liverpool's John Moores University for the Co-operative store.
Senior British Heart Foundation cardiac nurse Doireann Maddock said: "If Eric wants to reduce his risk of that second heart attack, he needs to spend less time in the Woolpack and more enjoying brisk walks in the Dales – and eating plenty of fruit and veg."
Emmerdale was top of the unhealthy list, while EastEnders came in at second as 87% of the food shown on the programme is deemed bad for the heart.
Arthur 'Fatboy' Chubb (Ricky Norwood) was Walford's worst, with his meals of peanut butter and jam sandwiches. Patrick Trueman (Rudolph Walker) is also deemed unhealthy for adding salt to his soup.

London — The clue was in the title.
In some ways "A Landscape of Lies" was a typical indie film, with a tiny budget, a B-list cast and an award from an American film festival.
What made it special is that it was created solely to cover up a huge tax fraud.
Five people in Britain face jail sentences after being convicted this week of attempting to bilk the government of 2.8 million pounds ($4.2 million) in a moviemaking scam reminiscent of Academy Award-winning hit "Argo" – without the heroic hostage rescue.
Prosecutors and tax authorities say the fraudsters claimed to be producing a made-in-Britain movie with unnamed A-list actors and a 19 million-pound budget supplied by a Jordanian firm.
In fact, officials say, the project was a sham, set up to claim almost 1.5 million pounds in goods and services tax for work that had not been done, as well as 1.3 million pounds under a...

While 'Daybreak' dismisses reports that its figures are plummeting, and presenter Lorraine Kelly admits "we're trying to turn it around", there's one breakfast TV sofa alumnus with cause to celebrate today - Mr Roland Rat, celebrating his 30th birthday!
Possibly one of the most confident personalities to emerge from beneath his registered abode of Kings Cross Railway Station, Roland Rat first wriggled onto the airwaves in 1983.
Is it time for the Ratmobile to turn around and deliver Roland back to the breakfast TV sofa?
With his bon mots, irrepressible bonhomie and ease with the A-listers, Mr Rat soon turned the ailing viewing figures of ITV's breakfast show from 100,000 to 1.8 million, and was seen as the "only rat to join the sinking ship" of TV-am.

Winner Of The Week: Marlon Wayans. Sure, Zero Dark Thirty was the actual chart-topper this week, earning an estimated $24.0 million during its first weekend of wide release. But that was to be expected. What no one expected was that Wayans' modest horror spoof A Haunted House would beat the more muscular Gangster Squad for second place. The low-budget (reportedly, just $2.5 million) indie release opened on 2,160 screens and was expected to earn around $10 to $13 million, but it scared up an estimated $18.1 million. That's good news for Wayans, Haunted House's co-writer and star,...

Five 'Celebrity Big Brother' contestants were dunked in a vat of gunge as part of the Against All Odds challenge today (08.01.13). Gillian Taylforth, Neil 'Razor' Ruddock, Lacey Banghard, Tricia Penrose and Ryan Maloney were all forced to take the plunge after Heidi Montag and Paula Hamilton guessed wrongly in questions about their housemates. The housemates had taken to a ducking stool one at a time, with the two women given multiple choice questions about the one in the hot seat. If they guessed correctly, the housemate could stand down - otherwise they were gunged. Claire Richards, Frankie Detorri and Ryan all escaped...

Doctor Who is to battle the Cybermen in a second episode written by Neil Gaiman.
The 11th Doctor, played by Matt Smith, and his new companion, played by Jenna-Louise Coleman, are to tackle the metallic menaces in a 2013 story, the BBC has confirmed.
The iconic baddies will feature in Episode 13, penned by Gaiman and directed by Stephen Woolfenden.
Also starring in the story are Warwick Davis (Life's Too Short, Harry Potter), Tamzin Outhwaite (EastEnders, Hotel Babylon, Paradox) and Jason Watkins (Being Human, Lark Rise to Candleford) as a band of misfits on a mysterious planet.
Doctor Who lead writer and executive producer Steven Moffatt said: "Cybermen were always the monsters that scared me the most! Not just because they were an awesome military force, but because sometimes they could be sleek and silver and right behind you without you even knowing."
He added: "And with one of the all-time classic monsters returning,...

In case you missed last week's edition, this is a weekly feature at SpoilerTV where I break down the five biggest TV ratings stories of each week. There was so much going on during premiere week that I really had trouble boiling it all down to a "Five-Spot"! What I'll do is look at the really big story of premiere week, then a winner and a loser both among the new shows and the returning shows. Here's the premiere week Ratings Five-Spot:
Two and a Half Men - Everyone expected Ashton Kutcher's debut on Two and a Half Men would be big. But this big? I see entertainment journalists say they were "great ratings" and, while I guess that's true, it seems like the understatement of the year! To try to put Two and a Half Men's 28.74 million viewers and 10.7/25 adults 18-49 rating in perspective, here...

Your wait for weight-loss is almost over: Season 12 of The Biggest Loser debuts Sept. 20 (NBC, 8 p.m.). Expect a few changes when the show returns, from the taskmasters (goodbye, Jillian Michaels, Bret Hoebel and Cara Castronuova; hello, new trainers Anna Kournikova and Dolvett Quince) to an updated gym, to the theme of the season, which groups contestants by age. EW spoke with exec producer Todd Lubin about the upcoming action, which also includes an elimination twist.
On the “Battle of the Ages” theme
“There will be three teams: people under 30, people in their 30s and 40s, and people 50 and over.

Hi kids! Bridget is in Mexico, hunting drug lords and eating pineapple, so she asked me to fill in for her this week. Considering she picked up the Grey's recapping baton for me when I was in France during this season's start, it was the least I could do. Also, she's married to my boss, so there's that. Cripes, I hope I remember how to do this recapping thing. Welp, we're about to find out.
Callie and her preem, Sofia Robbin Sloan Torres, are both fighting their way back from the near-fatal car accident that Arizona caused when she took her eyes off the road for way, way longer than anyone realizes. Arizona has either selectively forgotten that fact or decided it's a shameful secret she's taking with her to the grave — not unlike my unfortunate mullet phase.
