Dallas actress Charlene Tilton has admitted that she skated "through the pain" on Dancing on Ice. The Us TV star suffered for five weeks with a torn shoulder muscle, confessing that it hurt so much at times that she couldn't open doors without help. Speaking to the tabloid press following her exit from the ITV1 reality show, she added: "Had it gone on anymore I think I could have injured my shoulder more. It's had no chance to heal. "I've been skating through the pain. Matthew Gonzalez has been great. At the end of the day he said, 'Staying (more)...

Danniella Westbrook has become the eleventh celebrity to be voted off this series of Dancing On Ice. The actress and her professional partner Matthew Gonzalez found themselves in the skate-off alongside Gary Lucy and Maria Filippov after the judges' scores and viewers' votes had been added together. Both couples then had to repeat their routines in an attempt to persuade judges Karen Barber, Nicky Slater, Jason Gardiner, Emma Bunton and Robin Cousins to let them join next week's final. Although Lucy fell after his performance, head judge Cousins ruled that the stumble had happened after the routine had finished. Barber (more)...

Welcome, welcome, welcome dear readers – to the Dancing On Ice semi-finals night. Only four skaters remain – hot favourite Hayley Tamaddon, flamboyant Hollyoaks star Kieron Richardson, The Bill star Gary Lucy and Eastenders actress…whatshername…umm…the blonde one…Daniella Westbrook.
It should be an exciting evening, the four skaters involved are among the best this series has produced. That should make the Semi-Finals a nail-biting finish. Is even Hayley Tamaddon safe? The slightest slip-up could cause major problems…

Alright – the show starts off with a massive group routine, featuring Torvill, Dean and the celebrity skaters. Not the smoothest of routines, to be honest, but fun to see the celebs performing with these seasoned pros.

Jason Gardiner says he was ''turned on'' by Danniella Westbrook's 'Dancing On Ice' routine on Sunday (14.03.10). The openly-gay judge was impressed by the actress and her professional partner Matthew Gonzalez and believes she could stun current favourite Hayley Tammadon - who he described as ''cheesy'' - by winning the contest. He told The Sun newspaper: ''Hayley has got something to worry about - Danniella's got more sex appeal. ''There's no question she's a lived woman and she's bringing all of her life experience into play here. ''It reminded me of Maggie Gyllenhaal from the film 'Secretary'. I was really turned on. Ah, as we near the end of this series of Dancing On Ice, we’ve reached “Prop Week”, where the required element is for the skaters to include a prop in their routine – a mic stand, hats, and stuff like that. Torvill and Dean give us an example with a couple of cowboy hats, and worryingly, it’s quite a rough routine – it doesn’t have their usual flow or polish. Uh-oh!
Hollywatch: What’s Holly wearing this week? Well, it’s a pastel pink dress, which would be rather elegant, except for the inclusion of what looks like silver tinsel framing Holly’s boob-area.Pretty, but we take marks off for the tinsel disaster.
Scoreboard Daniella Westbrook and Matthew Gonzalez – 27.5 Hayley Tamaddon and Daniel Whiston – 26.5 Danny Young and Frankie Poultney – 25.5 Kieron Richardson and Brianne Delcourt – 23.0 Gary Lucy and Maria Filippov – 22.0 Gary Lucy

Mikey Graham has become the ninth celebrity to be voted off this series of Dancing On Ice. The Boyzone star and his professional partner Melanie Lambert found themselves in the skate-off alongside Danniella Westbrook and Matthew Gonzalez when the judges' scores and the viewers' votes had been added together. Both couples then had to repeat their routines in an attempt to convince judges Karen Barber, Nicky Slater, Jason Gardiner, Emma Bunton and Robin Cousins to keep them in the competition. Barber began the voting by choosing to save Westbrook, but Slater went on to save Graham, claiming that the performance had "moved" him. Gardiner opted to keep Graham and Bunton chose Westbrook, meaning that Cousins had the final (more)...

Tonight’s awesome Dancing On Ice theme is music from the movies. Let’s see if some imagination-bereft act chooses Berlin’s Take My Breath Away. I wonder what other movie cliches will be reheated and served up for our viewing pleasure tonight? Have your guess in the comments!
There’s a very suave intro routine to Luck Be A Lady, which set the pace beautifully. Torvill and Dean announce the required element, which is a Solo Spin, and they’ve required that each skater must spin twice.
Hollywatch: This week, Holly’s wearing a glamorous but demure red dress, which emphasizes that pear-shaped figure to perfection. There’s 50% less boobage than last week, but we’ll survive.
Scoreboard Hayley Tamaddon and Daniel Whiston – 30.0 Danny Young and Frankie Poultney – 22.5 Kieron Richardson and Brianne Delcourt – 21.0 Gary Lucy and Maria Filippov – 20.5 Daniella Westbrook and Matthew Gonzalez – 19.5 Mikey Graham and Melanie Lambert – 19.0 Danny Young...

Hello Dancing On Ice fans! Last week we lost Sharron Davies after she ignored the advice of the verable Messrs Torvill and Dean. We hope her shoulder is recovering Only 7 skating couples remain – and with most of the weaker competition eliminated at this point, will Emily Atack finally fall foul of the public vote.
But first, this week’s Hollywatch – she’s wearing a glamorous frock as usual, but it looks like the dress has slipped down about four inches from where it should be. Not that I’m complaining, ladies and gentlemen, I’m a big supporter of Holly’s cleavage…
The show is opened by a beautiful routine by Torvill and Dean with music provided by Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber and Katherine Jenkins. They’re joined by the professional skaters waving flowing white flags.

Welcome to our live coverage of tonight’s Dancing On Ice show. After an amazing Valentine’s Day episode last week, we’re more than a little bit excited to see what’s on the show this week!
Hayley Tamaddon topped the scoreboard last week, but will Gary Lucy, Daniella Westbrook or Kieron Richardson catch up with her?
And on Hollywatch this week, Ms Willoughby is wearing what looks like a bodice with a dress tacked on. Very sexy. And Torvill and Dean give another effortlessly graceful opening to the show. Tonight’s guest judge – in case you care – is former newsreader Angela Rippon.

Somehow, in a bid to make the Sunday-evening-eating monster that is Dancing On Ice even more unpalatable, ITV have chosen to hire Michael Ball to replace Robin Cousins. The five-person judging team was overloaded anyway – I’d have been happy to have a four-person panel and more of Jason Gardiner’s classic spiteful comments!
Anyway, we’re covering Dancing On Ice live tonight – this post will have judge’s comments, a scoreboard and some of my own commentary on each act. Enjoy! And leave loads of comments!

The professional skaters on Dancing On Ice have reportedly threatened to strike. The People claims that a group of the dancers almost walked out before last Sunday's show because of a dispute over pay and conditions. While some of the veteran skaters on the programme earn up to £20,000 for the series, the four new professionals - Brianne Delcourt, Matthew Gonzalez, Molly Moenkhoff and Alexandra Schumann - are allegedly making just £9,000. The professionals have complained that their restrictive contracts prohibit them from making extra money outside the show. They are also reportedly hoping to gain more "recognition" for their work. "At one stage it looked like there would be no show at all last week," a source said. "We (more)...

Dancing On Ice bosses are reportedly worried that tonight’s show may not go ahead, after their professional skaters threatened to go on strike.
The skaters are said to be angry at their low pay and restrictive contracts and have threatened to strike if their conditions aren’t revised.
A source told The News Of The World: “At one stage it looked like there would be no show at all last week. We need to sort out the problem or it could go down to the wire again tonight. There are all sorts of issues that need to be resolved. Not just money, but also recognition.
“There are spin-off computer games and DVDs coming out over which the skaters feel they are being ignored.
“The pros don’t want to strike and spoil things for viewers, but it’s a mess and needs sorting.”

Danniella Westbrook has revealed that her son injured himself during a trip to an ice rink last week. The ex-EastEnders actress, who is currently taking part in Dancing On Ice, said that her child "passed out" after the accident. "I took my son [to the ice rink] last week," she told Loose Women.
