Exclusive: Echo Lake Entertainment has promoted longtime lit managers Amy Schiffman and Adam Riback to partners in the company’s management division. The pair joins current partners Zadoc Angell, Dave Brown, Iris Grossman, Peter McGrath and Amotz Zakai.
Schiffman joined Echo Lake in 2018, after serving as a partner at Intellectual Property Group. Prior to that, she headed up the intellectual property divisions of both Gersh and William Morris. A member of non-profit arts advocacy group Board of Arts for LA, she specializes in selling books to film and television and also reps writers and directors working in film and TV.
Riback is a manager and producer who started at ICM before segueing into the world of management at Management 360. Exclusive: Longtime talent managers Iris Grossman and Peter McGrath have been promoted to Partner within the management division of Echo Lake Entertainment, Deadline has learned. The pair joins a list of Partners that also includes Zadoc Angell, Dave Brown, Brittany Kahan Ward, Graciella Sanchez, and Amotz Zakai.
A well-known industry veteran who reps a roster of award-winning actors and actresses, Grossman joined Echo Lake in 2016 after holding posts at ICM, TNT and Paradigm. She also serves as President of GreenLight Women, an organization dedicated to championing women over 40 in media, and was a two-term President of Women in Film.
McGrath came to Echo Lake in October 2015 after launching his career at Industry Entertainment. Having lived in several countries as a child, he naturally gravitated towards working with international artists and has developed a global roster of acclaimed actors in film, television, and theater.

Exclusive: WME has inked Daryl McCormack, the star of critically acclaimed Good Luck to You, Leo Grande which made its world premiere at Sundance in January and was scooped up by Searchlight for $7.5M.
In the Sophie Hyde-directed movie, McCormack plays a sex worker hired by Thompson’s character, a widow yearning for some adventure, human connection and good sex after a stale but stable marriage.
McCormack can currently be seen on Amazon’s fantasy drama The Wheel of Time opposite Rosamund Pike. On the series, McCormack plays Aram, a handsome young man who lures men and women into his community of traveling nomads through the art of seduction.
The actor has a recurring role on the BBC 2/ Netflix series Peaky Blinders as Isiah Jesus. He also stars on Channel 4’s I Am Maria opposite award-winning actress Lesley Manville and starred in Stephen Frears’ A Very English Scandal!

Jeff Wilbusch has signed with Echo Lake Entertainment for mangement, Variety has learned exclusively.
Wilbusch most recently appeared in the Netflix limited series “Unorthodox,” inspired by the Deborah Feldman memoir of the same name. It tells the story of a young Jewish woman named Esty who runs away from her arranged marriage and ultra-Orthodox community in Williamsburg, Brooklyn and moves to Berlin.
Willbusch played Moishe Lefkovitch, the boorish gambling addict cousin of Esty’s husband who travels to Berlin with him to find her. He previously starred opposite Michael Shannon, Alexander Skarsgård and Florence Pugh in the BBC/AMC miniseries “The Little Drummer Girl.” His other credits include the Hulu miniseries “Bad Banks.”
