It was Jenelle Evans‘ big day on the season finale of Teen Mom 2 — and one important family member was visibly missing.
The reality star, 25, married David Eason on Monday night’s episode, but her nuptials were unattended by most of her family, including her estranged mother, Barbara.
When a friend asked her if her mother was coming, Evans said, “Nope. My mom’s not coming. She’s not invited.”
She continued, “I wish I could have a mom there but … I have no family coming. And disapproves of David. That was the big reason. That’s the reason why...

Much like a zombie, David Clarke has made his triumphant return from the dead, and is finally ready to reunite with his family. The problem? This bearded grifter has no idea that his daughter Emily Thorne (aka The Artist Formerly Known as Amanda Clarke) is alive and well! So, did Emily and David finally reunite during this week's episode of "Revenge," or did Emily spend the entire episode side-eyeing, death-glaring, and looking otherwise unhinged? Read our recap to find out! Oh, and in case you're wondering, no, David does not shave his beard, despite our collective prayers. There's only so much more we can take.
Father of Mine, Where Have You Been (You're Welcome For That Everclear Reference!)
Now that David Clarke and his questionable facial hair are in the spotlight, Victoria's freshly manicured talons are in deep. These two are all about making the populous think they're a happily reunited couple,...

Revenge's showrunner Sunil Nayar wants to take a moment to explain the shocking twist in Sunday night's season three finale. No, not that one … Not that one either. The other one. Caution, spoilers ahead! "For the first time we wanted the audience to know a little bit more than anybody in the show does," Nayar tells People of the return of the character of David Clarke (James Tupper), whose supposed death was a motivating factor in his daughter's mission for revenge. There was one question on our lips at the opening night of I Can't Sing last night - and it wasn't whether the show would make it past the interval (it did). Nope, we wanted to find out just who'd be filling that fourth judge seat on the X Factor panel, and the glittery celebs at the musical seemed like good people to ask. So who wants Chris Martin? Who's backing Fergie? And, er, who's waiting for Louis to die? Read on to find out...
Matt Richardson - Chris Martin
"I think a rock superstar would be good - someone like Matt Bellamy from Muse or Billie Joe Armstrong from Green Day. Someone who's done gigging and slogging away on the circuit of pubs and clubs would be a really interesting addition to the panel. If I was booking it that's the kind of person I'd be looking for. Writer/producer Trevor Howis is assembling a new creative and international sales team for his thriller Weekend Warriors.
Howis has parted company with David Hannay and the UK.s The Spice Factory, who were to co-produce the film with his firm Vincero Productions.
As a result, director Brian Trenchard-Smith is no longer involved. In a related move, Howis has resigned as head of development for David Hannay Productions after more than three years.
Howis' screenplay is set in a remote forest valley where an inexperienced junior officer endeavours to save his men and his brother from his battle-hardened psychopathic former mentor who is hell bent on revenge.
.Ultimately we have decided it's better for us and our project to pursue other opportunities on our own and move away from the .Ozploitation. brand, . Howis told If.
.It is the toughest decision I have ever had to make but I feel it's the right one.

The new Larry David comedy "Clear History," a feature-length one-off that he wrote and stars in, settles into an amiable groove early on and is consistently enjoyable. Which is not to say that it breaks any new ground. It's firmly in the reliable comic sub-genre of the know-it-all who is his own worst enemy, a format perfected by David over many episodes of "Seinfeld" and "Curb Your Enthusiasm." That we can clearly see the moving parts clicking into place is actually part of the fun. The jumping off point of "Clear History" is a particularly fine example of shooting oneself in the foot, as David's hermit-haired marketing guru cashes in his shares and angrily decamps from entrepreneur John Hamm's electric car company -- just before the firm's huggabley cute new model becomes the affordable e-mobile that the large American public finally embraces. "What an idiot!" says one character after another,...

Michael David and Tyler Blake have been making music together for years now, but it's on "Hanging Gardens" -- their debut LP as Classixx -- that they've finally hit gold. The Los Angeles-based DJ and production duo exploded onto the scene with "I'll Get You," a sing-song dance track that sounds like it has been around for decades. That 2009 single, which was written with and features Lady Gaga stalwart Jeppe, makes its way onto the album (May 14, Innovative Leisure).
"Gardens" is a near-perfect summer record, and anyone who has lived in or visited Los Angeles can instantly feel the city seeping through its 12 tracks. That makes sense, given the fact that the duo says they recorded the album "in every corner of L.A., from a very dense, industrial part of the Valley to our new studio in Venice Beach, Downtown and everywhere in between." HuffPost linked up with (the...

Current Streak: 0 Straight Weekends #1 Predicted Correctly Threat Level to Streak Being Broken: None. Reason: This week is a slam dunk because there's simply no way a film about alcoholism beats a Disney movie with broad family appeal. It's all over, finito, game, set ... well, you get the idea. Let's break it down! Wreck-It Ralph is an overwhelming favorite to win the weekend, even though I've yet to see Mtc tracking numbers on it. A plus $40 million opening certainly isn't out of the question, but I'm going just slightly under and that $150 million dollar production budget looms large. Still, we can expect this to do something around half a billion worldwide, especially because it will have nice legs due to a likely solid CinemaScore and no real competition (at least domestically) until November 21 brings us Rise of the Guardians. Denzel Washington also has a film out, which is always worth considering,...

Barry Diller is taking BarryDriller to court. In a 12-page complaint filed against Alki David and BarryDriller.com Tuesday in Los Angeles federal court (read it here) the media mogul alleges David is using his name to profit with BarryDriller.com. ”Defendants are using Plaintiff’s name in their ‘BarryDriller.com’ business to (1) associate their service with Plaintiff, and (2) mislead the public into believing that Defendants’ service has been judicially sanctioned”, the complaint reads. Diller also alleges that David’s BarryDriller.com is designed to divert customers from Diller’s Aereo service that streams local broadcast signals to subscribers in New York. Both companies say that they are simply feeding consumers programming that they can already receive for free. (Broadcasters also are suing Aereo for copyright infringement.) This isn’t David’s only court battle. Fox was the first to sue David over BarryDriller.com, then CBS, NBC and ABC...

Diller filed the lawsuit Tuesday in California federal court, saying he is one of the most well-known business leaders in the United States and takes credit for being involved with Aereo, the startup that successfully fought a preliminary injunction that the broadcasters had sought. Once Upon a Time Preview: Regina Tries a New Plan To Hurt Mary Margaret
This week's Once Upon a Time revealed more about the origin of the curse. Apparently, Rumplestiltskin manipulated the Queen and gave her the curse so that he could travel to our world and retrieve his son, Baelfire, who had traveled here through a portal while trying to help rid his father of his new powers. Mr. Gold also went digging into August's past when he found the mysterious writer skulking around his store. For a while, Mr. Gold believed that August was Bae, but that information was deemed worthless when it was revealed that August isn't actually Rumple's son. He is, however, from the fairytale world, and he's very ill. So ill that only magic can save him, and he needs Emma's or Mr. Gold's help to get the magic back.

The Australian takeover in cineplexes worldwide continues. With more and more work finding distribution to travel off the island, one woman is writing her chapter in the movement. A novelist of two acclaimed works, Julia Leigh has already found her way into Cannes with an original film of sexual desire—Sleeping Beauty. And while the buzz is high, another film sporting her name in the credits deserves just as much notice. Directed by Daniel Nettheim from a screenplay by Alice Addison, Leigh’s source material for The Hunter comes to life through the quietly terrifying Tazmanian expanse. A story full of intrigue, its seemingly minimal plot finds a way to expand its scope tenfold as unsolved mysteries come into focus for antihero Martin David (Willem Dafoe)—the forest sucking him into a dark world controlled by dangerous people.

This review contains spoilers for historical events. If you don't know how "Moneyball" ends already and don't want to know, do not read further.
People who know baseball will have a very different experience watching "Moneyball" than the people who don't. The film, an adaptation of a revolutionary non-fiction book by Michael Lewis, recreates the events of the Oakland Athletics' 2002 season. Within the film, the A's accomplishments in '02, engineered by their iconoclastic general manager Billy Beane (Brad Pitt), are treated as a near-mythic triumph of baseball's David over its collective Goliaths. Outside the film, as baseball fans know, the real story is a little bit different.
Consider this scene early in the film. Beane is in Cleveland during the off-season looking to acquire players. The A's had a great year in 2001, but they lost three of their biggest stars -- Jason Giambi, Jason Isringhausen, and Johnny Damon -- because...

Keira Knightley, in a dress from designer Mary Katrantzou, and Michael Fassbender were up early for a photo call during the Venice Film Festival today on behalf of their movie A Dangerous Method. They joined director David Cronenberg as well as costars Viggo Mortensen, Sarah Gadon, and Vincent Cassel. Sarah also worked with David over the Summer on his next movie, Cosmopolis, with Robert Pattinson. The Knightley-Fassbender-Mortensen movie is one of the most anticipated offerings at Venice, and, according to certain bookies, has odds stacked in its favor to win the top prize, the Golden Lion, at the festival. Michael stars as famous psychiatrist Carl Jung and Viggo, another frequent Cronenberg collaborator, as Sigmund Freud, and they have to deal with personal issues once they encounter a troubled young patient played by Keira. There's even more Michael hotness to come this evening at their premiere, and he'll be out again...

What is it with the space-invader films that are all the same? Are movies about our real-life woes too close to the bone, or is Hollywood out of ideas?
Last month I went to see X-Men: First Class. It was pretty good, though less because of the story itself than because of Michael Fassbender's magnetic presence as … Magneto. The action was set in the early 1960s, during the Cuban missile crisis, when John F Kennedy told the Soviet Union that if they tried to put nuclear weapons in Cuba, just 90 miles off America's coast, there would be hell to pay. Possibly a third world war.
As everyone has such itchy trigger fingers, it fell to the X-Men, a motley crew of insecure, untested kids, to keep the Russians and the Us from blowing up the planet. In the end, they achieved their objective, sparing mankind the unspeakable horrors of...
