But Fallout went further — and started smashing records, too.
Fallout Became Prime Video’s Biggest TV Show

American Bluey fans can finally watch “Dad Baby.”
The episode of the hit Australian animated children’s series wasn’t included on Disney+, but the episode made its way to Bluey‘s official YouTube page on May 1.

The dad acts out symptoms of pregnancy, from cravings to aches, and gives “birth” to Bingo in an inflatable pool.
Speaking with The Hollywood Reporter in 2023, the series’ creator Joe Brumm noted that while some episodes like “Dad Baby” don’t “get shown in America, he felt that this episode was too special to not make. “What are you going to do, not make ‘Dad Baby’? I love it,” Brumm said.

There will likely be some new faces on the Nielsen streaming lists going forward, thanks to a change in the company’s measurements — including The Resident, which crept up to No. 2 during the week of March 25 to 31.
The series racked up nearly 1.5B minutes viewed across Hulu and Netflix, though that wasn’t enough to beat out Netflix’s 3 Body Problem, which took the top spot with almost 1.8B minutes viewed.
Family Guy is also new to the list, debuting at No. 6 with 837M minutes viewed. Nielsen says that “business agreements which preceded the rankings” kept these series off the lists until now.
“The Scr (Streaming Content Ratings) product enhancement has addressed these areas, significantly increasing the breadth of programs reported. All affected programs fall into the acquired category, having been primarily available on Hulu and/or Peacock after airing on a given linear network,” the company wrote.

The popular children’s television series Bluey has recently finished its third season, bringing the series to a total of 158 episodes. Beginning in 2018, the Australian-based cartoon was seen as the next Peppa Pig in terms of its popularity with younger children. Surprisingly, the show also appealed to many young adult viewers, leading to its worldwide popularity.
But what has everyone talking is the second to last episode of the third season, “The Sign,” which many saw as a massive event for the series. The episode dealt with the marriage between Bluey’s Uncle Radley and her babysitter, Frisky, making her a part of the family. However, not all seems well as the titular sign is placed outside of her home, leading to the possibility of her family selling their house and her moving to a new town.

It is also the most-viewed Disney Junior episode premiere and biggest “Bluey” episode premiere ever on Disney+.

The Bluey-mania continues.
The series’ first special, titled “The Sign,” made its Disney+ debut on April 14. After seven days of viewing, the episode drove 10.4M views globally, according to the streamer.
In fact, the company says that’s the largest seven-day premiere audience for any Disney Junior episode — and any episode of Bluey — ever on Disney+.
Disney+ rarely releases viewership figures, and this is the first time the streamer has done so for Bluey. However, the company did reveal Monday that it is consistently among the top five series on Disney+ by monthly views.
This is expected, considering the huge numbers that Bluey generates on the Nielsen streaming charts. Just last month, Bluey had another billion-minute week, this time attracting 1.047B minutes during the week of March 18 to 24, which is the 13th consecutive week with 1B+ viewing minutes for the series.

Season 3 of Bluey came to an emotional ending and many people think that this surprise finale points to the series being over. Now, fans have taken to online forums to discuss whether or not the beloved cartoon series will return for a fourth season.
Bluey‘s Latest Episode Is A ‘Full Circle’ Moment
First, Disney+ released an extra-long episode. Typically, an episode of Bluey is under 10 minutes long. So, the extended episode called “The Sign” made fans curious about whether or not the show was getting ready to wrap up production for good. The episode’s story showed Bluey and Bingo and their parents, Bandit and Chilli, preparing to move away from their longtime home.
Now, the latest episode called “Surprise” left viewers in tears. While the Heeler family wound up staying in the house they’ve always known as the home on the show, this new episode brought an unexpected turn for the family.

Road House and Quiet on Set brought some variety to the Nielsen streaming charts in March.
During the week of March 18 to 24, there were four different streamers represented among the Top 5 streaming titles — Netflix, Prime Video, Max and Disney+. According to Nielsen, this is a rarity that has only occurred once before, when the same four platforms shared the stage in October 2022.
In the top spot was Netflix’s 3 Body Problem, which debuted all eight episodes on March 21. In its first four days on the streamer, it amassed 1.37B minutes viewed.
Second place went to Prime Video’s Road House, the reimagining of the 1980s Patrick Swayze film, which was right behind 3 Body Problem with an impressive 1.32B minutes viewed. This is particularly noteworthy because it is far shorter than 3 Body and therefore at a significant disadvantage when it comes to these streaming rankings.

This article contains spoilers for the end of Bluey season 3.
The longest Bluey episode ever premiered on Disney+ on April 14, leaving kids further enthralled with the Heeler family and parents reaching for their tissue boxes. “The Sign,” the season 3 finale of Bluey, was a whopping 28 minutes in length, more than triple the average seven-minute episode length for the animated series.
But “The Sign” brought more than just an extra-long Bluey episode: In it, Uncle Rad and Frisky got married in the Heeler family’s backyard, Aunt Brandy debuted a possible baby bump, and Bandit wrestled with the decision of whether or not to move his family to a new city, deciding in the episode’s emotional final moments not to go through with the move. With so many new beginnings and big decisions appearing in the episode, many parents started asking: Has Bluey come to an end?

Bluey is, without a doubt, one of the most popular children’s series airing today, and the beloved Australian show is currently in its third season. The series premiered on October 1, 2018, and follows the everyday adventures of Bluey Heeler, an anthropomorphic dog, his family, and his friends. The series has been praised for its approach and is enormously popular around the world, but it has also faced some criticism for a pertained lack of diversity. Whether it is true or not is a completely separate question, but Bluey seemingly made an important move toward silencing the critics by introducing the series’ first same-sex couple.
Namely, the special extended episode “The Sign”, while focusing on Bluey moving house, also has Pretzel, one of the supporting characters from the series, mention that he has two mothers, which confirms that his parents are a lesbian couple, i.e., an LGBTQ+ couple. For a...

I feel a little sorry for all of the therapists who woke up on Monday to voicemails about how once again, the dogs with square-shaped heads made adults cry into dry-heaving devastation. April 14 marked the release of "The Sign," the highly-anticipated 28-minute special episode of "Bluey." Typical episodes of the hit Australian show for pre-schoolers (that adults can't help but love) range from 8 to 11 minutes, so "The Sign" might as well have been a feature-length film for these beloved canines. "Bluey" is consistently one of the most-streamed shows globally, and in an unfortunate landscape where studios and networks are deprioritizing their entertainment offerings for children, the well of emotional competency, imaginative play, and creativity presented in each story has made the series a must-watch for all audiences — kids or not.

When The Jonas Brothers open their show in Brisbane by walking out to your animated kid show’s theme tune, then that theme song and that show have done way more than entertain some 6-year-olds. The show in question, “Bluey,” has been a phenomenon for a while — it’s approved by the kids of “Abbott Elementary” as well as millions worldwide — and the music by composer Joff Bush and a coterie of talented collaborators has fueled two albums and untold instances of “Dance Mode.”
Music has always anchored the wordless sequences where “Bluey” reaches its most poignant heights — whether gently cribbing from Gustav Holst as younger sister Bingo swims past the planets in her dream in “Sleepy Time” or ever-so-slightly tweaking a recurring theme as Rusty walks off the cricket pitch in “Cricket” and high fives his future self as that Rusty steps up to a much bigger stage. But the latest,...

It might seem surprising that one of the most popular TV shows right now is a preschool cartoon about anthropomorphic dogs, but Bluey continues to dominate streaming charts. The Australian hit, which first premiered on ABC Kids in 2018 before streaming internationally on Disney+, has developed a loyal fan base amongst kids and adults alike. It’s not just parents watching, either — the show has even become a TikTok phenomenon.
The series follows the day-to-day life of a lovable, energetic Blue Heeler puppy named Bluey, who lives with her father Bandit (voiced by David McCormack), mother Chilli (Melanie Zanetti), and younger sister Bingo in the town of Brisbane, Queensland. Part of what makes the show so easy to digest is its short format; episodes are only seven minutes long.

The Bluey season finale has many parents and kids in tears following one of the most emotional episodes of children’s television. The episode is called “The Sign” and that sign refers to a For Sale sign in front of Bluey’s house. This episode, Bluey’s family has decided to move away from their friends and family.
Here is what happened in the episode and why it was so emotional for fans.
Bluey Has Fans In Tears After Season Finale
Bluey is a rare children’s series. It is so well-written and critically praised that it eclipses most shows in its genre. The Australian series follows a blue dog named Bluey and her family as they have adventures and learn life lessons. Each episode is about six minutes in length, but the season finale is a super-sized offering.
Checking in at 28 minutes, “The Sign” has two stories told to lead to one emotional moment.

In the early days of the Covid lockdown, you heard a lot about people taking up new hobbies: making sourdough bread, learning to knit, mastering Peloton — whatever it took to stay occupied and relatively sane while stuck in our own homes, isolated from the rest of the world.
In my household, nobody studied a foreign language or alphabetized their bookshelves. Instead, Bluey became our sourdough starter. And we clearly weren’t the only ones who found comfort in deeply uncomfortable times from this cartoon, aimed at preschoolers, about a family of anthropomorphized dogs.

Disney has dropped the highly anticipated 28-minute final episode of Bluey’s season three, “The Sign.” The “for sale” sign in front of the Heelers’ home has been the talk of the internet, but are the Heelers moving or not?
Spoilers ahead.
The reason “the sign” is there is that Bluey’s father, Bandit, got a great job offer in another town. Sadly, the family is set to move for better opportunities ahead. The Heeler home is indeed listed for sale, and buyers are moving forward on the purchase.
However, during the events of Rad and Frisky’s wedding, the family all realize how much their home, current town, and friends mean to them. But the house is already sold.
Thankfully, the new buyers decide to cancel the purchase on the day the Heelers planned to move out. It seems they found a home that was more to their liking somewhere else in the area.

The creator of Bluey has revealed he was inspired by a handful of other shows when drawing up plans for his TV canine phenomenon.
Joe Brumm recently spoke to Deadline about the future of the show, which was Disney+’s most-streamed title of 2023 with almost 44 billion minutes of the 145 available eps watched, according to Nielsen data, and was the U.S.’s second-most streamed title overall, behind only Suits. Last year, Bluey mania reached a new height in the U.S. when a giant inflatable Bluey led the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade.
This weekend, Brumm told The Guardian newspaper he was influenced by UK sitcom Gavin and Stacey, penned by James Corden and Ruth Jones.
Brum said: “Gavin and Stacey was influential in a big way. I loved how it genuinely crossed generations, like The Simpsons back in the day. I thought: ‘Why shouldn’t a kids’ show make parents laugh too?...

Walton Goggins is no stranger to meaty roles he can make his own, and now the Emmy-nominated “Justified” actor is sinking his teeth into Amazon’s highly anticipated “Fallout,” an adaptation of the popular video game from “Westworld” duo Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy. In the darkly funny post-apocalyptic series, which is now streaming on Prime Video, Goggins pulls double duty as The Ghoul, a disfigured, centuries-old immortal cowboy who’s been stripped of all his humanity, and Cooper Howard, the Hollywood actor he was before the bombs fell. But while Goggins often steals the show — a welcome habit at this point — it’s Ella Purnell’s Lucy who anchors the narrative. Raised in the underground fallout shelters known as Vaults, Lucy travels to the irradiated surface to search for her missing father (Kyle MacLachlan), and she’s shocked to discover a hyper-violent wasteland largely at odds with her inherently optimistic disposition,...

Exclusive: Keep your eyes peeled for how Sunday’s extended episode of Bluey performs — its success just might decide whether TV’s most famous heeler dog family step foot in the feature film world.
In an exclusive interview with Deadline, Bluey creator Joe Brumm addressed the future of the Australia kids TV juggernaut, and it sounds like 30-minute special ‘The Sign’ — four times the length of regular episodes — will play a key role in what shape the story of anthropomorphic Australian sisters Bluey and Bingo takes next.
To date, the three seasons have all run seven-minute episodes. “I’m loving going longer on ‘The Sign’, and I’d love to try to go longer — I definitely would not rule that out,” he said. “That’s why I’m very interested to see how The Sign goes down with the audience. Obviously it’s four times as long as a normal episode.
