Digital lifestyle network Kin Community has tapped Shauna Miller to serve as director of programming -- a newly-created role. Miller, formerly the founder and CEO of Penny Chic, an apparel and entertainment brand, will now oversee development, production, and distribution of content on Kin’s channels. She will also be tasked with developing an overarching content strategy and new distribution platforms, according to the company.
“Miller’s experience as a creator and branded entertainment expert make her uniquely qualified to forge this new programming path for Kin as the company evolves into a full-fledged media brand,” said Kin CEO Michael Wayne in a statement. “We have a proven track record creating quality content targeted at a very specific demographic and look forward to taking it to the next level.”
