- His acting influences are Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan, Jet Li, Chow Yun Fat, Al Pacino, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and Bruce Campbell
- On the side of acting and modeling, he actually wanted to become a homicide detective or SWAT team member
- The martial art he practices is none other than Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do and has won or placed in the top rankings of several mixed martial arts competitions
- Is of mixed heritage. His Father 1/2 Filipino and 1/2 Samoan and his Mother is Hawaiian mixed with Sicilian and Cuban.

- His martial arts training began in Tae Kwon Do which he studied during his childhood until his teen years. He then went off to Muay Thai and Hung Gar Kungfu in his mid teens until adulthood. Thinking these styles were too restricted, he met his last teacher in his late teens and began training extensively in Jeet Kune Do, Kali, Eskrima, Russian Combat Sambo and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
He still trains in Jeet Kune Do and Filipino Martial Arts extensively to this very day. - Worked as a bodyguard and is also a licensed bounty hunter in NYC.
