Shaquille O’Neal: Producing ‘Killer Bees’ documentary about high school basketball taught me so much
Shaquille O’Neal is looking to emulate the success of another NBA all-star, Kobe Bryant, who won an Academy Award last year for the animated short “Dear Basketball.” Shaq is one of the producers of the documentary feature “Killer Bees.” The title is misleading for, as per the official synopsis, the film by Ben Cummings and Orson Cummings follows “a championship high school basketball team that provides pride, tradition and hope for an African American community struggling to survive in the middle of one of the wealthiest communities in America.”

Arrow‘s Willa Holland will make a return to the big screen in the upcoming film Pacific Standard Time, appearing opposite Alex Russell, Matt Riedy, Miguel Gomez, Julie Dretzin, David S. Lee, Stelio Savante, Charlbi Dean Kriek, and David Newton.
Pacific Standard Time is written and directed by Ben Cummings and Orson Cummings, and has been described as being “a dark and sexy thriller involving 20-somethings trying to live above their means and getting involved in a love triangle that goes terribly wrong.”
It is expected that the new movie will hit the big screen sometime during 2015.

Artistic License Films has acquired US theatrical rights to Benjamin and Orson Cummings' film noir thriller "If I Didn't Care" starring Bill Sage and Roy Scheider. Sage plays a Hamptons real estate agent who plots with his mistress to kill his wealthy wife. Scheider plays the local cop who's on his tail. The film is set for a limited Aug. 3 release in the New York area, followed by a national rollout.
The deal was negotiated for Artistic License side by Robert Seigel of Cowan, DeBaets, Abrahams & Sheppard with Mary Miles of Greenberg Traurig on behalf of the filmmakers.
