As of February 16, 2010, "Dear Agony" has been certified Gold by the RIAA The first single from Phobia was "The Diary Of Jane". The second single was "Breath". The first single off of Dear Agony was "I Will Not Bow", featured in the Bruce Willis film "Surrogates" The second single was "Give Me A Sign".
- They have released two RIAA certified Gold albums with both later going platinum. Their debut began slowly but eventually sold over 300,000 copies in the United States.
- Burnley used to play covers in coffee shops, and taught himself guitar by listening to Nirvana's Nevermind
