You’re not the only one who wants to look like Natalie Portman, Leighton Meester wants to, too!
Leighton Meester brought some serious drama to her makeup at the Kiis-fm Jingle Ball in La on Dec. 5 where she performed. “She wants to look a bit more extreme for her performances than she normally does,” says makeup artist Dean Bryant, who created this winged-out smokey look for Leighton. “We were inspired by Natalie Portman’s shoot for V magazine but we didn’t go as drastic. We wanted to suit her eye shape,” Dean says. To get her look, use a dark brown shadow in the crease and outer corner of the eyes. “Brown softens it and makes it not too crazy like black,” Dean says. Then, “take a blending brush and blend it going out towards the outer end of the eyebrow but don’t go out further than the eyebrow!
