Jack Black may be a successful movie star and father of two, but when it comes down to it, he's still just a big kid at heart. The actor spent some quality time with his 10-year-old son, Samuel, when they watched the La Lakers take on the Washington Wizards at the Staples Center on Tuesday. The duo appeared to have so much fun together while sitting courtside, sharing a few laughs and funny faces and even getting up to dance at one point. Jack also solidified his "cool dad" status by wearing sunglasses in the completely enclosed stadium. The star, who has been married to Tanya Haden since March 2006, is also father to 8-year-old son Thomas. Here's hoping these two take after Jack Nicholson and his son, Ray, who have made going to Lakers games together a regular tradition.

Jack Black thinks being a good husband is like being a gardener. The "Gulliver's Travels" actor, who has sons Sammy, four, and Thomas, two, with wife Tanya Haden, believes care and attention, as well as communication are key to a lasting relationship, though he admits he occasionally gets too carried away with following his wife's wishes.
He said, "Being a good husband is like being a gardener: You've got to give your partner lots of water and sunshine - love and support. Communication is key - listening and sharing, finding a good TV show to watch together. My wife and I have really been into 'Project Runway'."
"It's also important to ask for what you want. I have a tendency to do whatever my wife wants, and then anger builds up inside me and comes out in little passive-aggressive bursts. It's better to just communicate your desires up front from the get-go.

No, that's not Jack Black on the shores of Lilliput shooting his new movie Gulliver's Travels; that's him with his tiny son. The celebrated funny man and his wife Tanya Haden spent Sunday with their two sons Samuel and Thomas at the Coldwater Canyon Park in Beverly Hills, California. Black's new film, out December 22nd in 3D, is a modern-day retelling of Jonathan Swift's classic 18th century novel of the same name that is probably most famous for landing the main character on an island of people 1/12th normal size. Click to see Jack Black towering over his children, and let us know what...

Hollywood funnyman Jack Black thrilled clubbers in London on Saturday by taking the stage at a karaoke night and belting out his favourite tunes.
The King Kong star - who also fronts rock band Tenacious D - made an appearance at hip venue Jalouse in the British capital with his castmates and crew from upcoming movie Gulliver's Travels as they celebrated the end of production.
Black was quick to hijack the club's karaoke machine, taking the stage with a rendition of War Pigs by Black Sabbath.
He then pulled his wife, Tanya Haden, up to sing Michael Jackson's Beat It.
A source tells British newspaper the Evening Standard, "The crowd loved it - they went absolutely crazy and he put on a real show, as you'd expect from Jack. Most people could have watched him all night, but he didn't hog the mic and graciously stepped aside for everyone else to have a go."...

He's happy curling himself into a warm bundle by the fire." Despite being a happily married father-of-two, Jack's career is still very important to him and has revealed plans to revive his band, Tenacious D. He added to Britain's Zoo magazine: "There's a new album in our minds, but...

Fatherhood has driven funnyman Jack Black to tears – of sentimentality. "I cry all the time. I always cry at movies and sometimes even cry at ads," the actor tells the October issue of British Cosmopolitan. "The other day I was watching one for a cereal," he continues. "The father's trying to feed the baby and it calls him mama. He keeps going, 'It's dada.' I came over all sniffly because it happened to me! Sammy (his 2-year-old son) didn't call me dada for ages." Earlier this year Black, 39, became a father of two when his wife Tanya Haden, 36, gave birth to son Tommy.

Jack Black has surreal memories of his "hippie" wedding day - the guests of honour were stuffed animals.
The movie star and Tanya Haden eloped to Big Sur, California in March 2006 - and the bride insisted on bringing her cuddly toy collection with her.
Black tells Blender magazine, "They had a special package deal where you can get married by a woman named Soaring... The ceremony was pretty hippie, spacey and non-denominational.
"(It was) just us, Soaring, a photographer and Tanya's stuffed animals. She has a bunch of stuffed animals that she gives voice to.
"All her animals and characters were there - Quacker, Imaginary Bear, Pee, Richard, Harold - and they were the witnesses."
And when the newlyweds returned to Los Angeles, they staged a party for family and friends during which Haden put on a puppet show.
Black recalls, "(It was) all about Quacker, the duck, who was a little bit p**sed off because he was best friends with Tanya.
"A slide show that he narrated told the story of how we came together and fell in love, and how he was crushed by loneliness."...

Latest: Jack Black blames his wife for his Angelina Jolie slip up at the Cannes Film Festival - because she told him the actress was expecting twins just before he joined her for a major TV interview.
The portly funnyman admits he was blindsided by his wife Tanya Haden's Jolie news and decided to repeat it during an interview with U.S. breakfast show Today.
He now admits he didn't realise the fact his co-star was expecting twins was little more than a tabloid rumour at that point.
Black explains, "It was my wife's fault... because she told me, `Oh yeah, Angelina Jolie's expecting twins,' so I just assumed everyone knew that but she had just read it in the Enquirer or something. I made it official."
The actor feared his headline making announcement would upset his co-star, but he admits Jolie was relieved someone had broken the news.
He adds, "She wanted to spill the beans but didn't know how to gracefully and I just accidentally spilled the beans... It was cool."...
