Jake Zingg

Actor Jake Zingg comes from the small town of Danville, California, a suburb about an hour East of San Francisco. In 2018, he moved to Los Angeles to study Theatre Arts at Loyola Marymount University and recently graduated in May. He's now continuing his acting journey in Atlanta, GA.
While at LMU, Jake has starred in multiple plays in the Theatre Department. Some of his favorite roles include Mr. Marks in Intimate Apparel, an Orthodox Jewish man from 1905; Spaulding in Detained, an immigration attorney; Chuck in She Kills Monsters, a D&D loving teenager from the 90's; and the Magistrate in Lysistrata, an ancient Greek ruler. This varied experience has led him to work with an accent coach to master a Romanian accent, be trained in stage combat, and more. Jake also has experience starring in many student films at LMU. He's played, among other things, a blind cowboy, a pool player, a news anchor, a barber, and a crime boss.
In addition to his training at LMU, Jake has trained with Summer University Theatre Experience in San Francisco, LMU's Pre-College Acting For the Camera Summer Program, and Introduction to Meisner Technique with Cole Cook.
With his training at LMU, his passion and ambition, Jake is confident he's prepared for whatever comes next!
