Exclusive: Hallmark has set the second season return date for The Way Home, its hit primetime drama series starring Andie MacDowell, Chyler Leigh, Sadie Laflamme-Snow and Evan Williams. The multigenerational family drama will return at 9 p.m. on Jan. 21.

“Wolf Hall: The Mirror and the Light,” based on the final novel in Hilary Mantel’s trilogy, will begin filming in the United Kingdom soon, according to Masterpiece, PBS and the BBC. Oscar winner Mark Rylance is back as Thomas Cromwell, joined by Emmy winner Damian Lewis returning as King Henry VII and Oscar nominee Jonathan Pryce as Cardinal Wolsey.

Deadline revealed Thursday that the rodeo-themed drama's cast includes Nancy Travis, Tiera Skobye, and Beau Mirchoff (Good Trouble).
Skovbye is set to play Missy, Travis is set as Isabel, and Mirchoff is set to play Cash.
Rounding out the cast is Sara Garcia (The Flash), who will play Valeria Galindo, Jake Foy (Designated Survivor) who will star as Tuff McMurray, Isabel’s youngest son.

Andie MacDowell is returning to Hallmark.
Per Deadline, the onetime Cedar Cove star has joined the cast of The Way Home.
The series is the cabler's first series to get a formal pickup since 2016.
MacDowell is best known to Hallmark audiences for her work on Cedar Cove (2013-2015), the network's first original scripted series.
She will play Del, the "matriarch of the Landry family and a pillar of the close-knit community of her small, Canadian farm town," according to Deadline's character breakdown.

The 57-year-old actress appeared at HollyRod Foundation's DesignCare 2022 Gala on Saturday, June 18, in Los Angeles.
The HollyRod Foundation was created by Holly Robinson Peete and her husband, Rodney Pete.
The foundation helps people who have been diagnosed with autism or Parkinson's Disease.
Loughlin and husband Mossimo Giannulli were indicted in the college admissions scandal and accused of playing bribes worth more than 500,000 to help her daughters -- Olivia Jade Giannulli and Bella Giannulli -- get into the University of Southern California.
They both pled guilty to conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud in 2020.
Loughlin spent two months in prison, while Mossimo spent five months inside.
Loughlin was also subject to supervised release, 100 hours of community service, and a 150,000 fine.

“Chesapeake Shores” has been renewed by Hallmark Channel for its sixth and final season, the network announced on Tuesday. The 10-episode final season, based Sherryl Woods’ books, will premiere this summer.
