Somebody stop me! Alamo Drafthouse is taking a trip back 30 years to the Clinton-era and the year 1994 for a two-month long repertory slate of classic film screenings. And IndieWire can exclusively reveal the full lineup of films as part of the Alamo Time Capsules 1994 series.
Beginning the week of March 1 and running through the end of April, Alamo Drafthouse locations across the country will screen 29 different films all released in 1994.
Among them are some blockbusters and fan favorites, including “Pulp Fiction,” “Dumb and Dumber,” “The Mask,” “Interview With a Vampire,” “Forrest Gump,” “Little Women,” “The Shawshank Redemption,” and the live-action “The Flintstones.” There’s some cult classics like “Clerks,” “Drunken Master II,” “Reality Bites,” and “The Crow,” some art house darlings like “Chungking Express” and the “Three Colors” trilogy, and there are even some obscure deep cuts such as the bizarre Martin Short film “Clifford” or a special “Gore Cut...

Are you looking for a t-shirt that communicates both your love for pop punk and your preference that presidents generally abide by the rule of law? Well, look no further — Green Day has just what you need. On Friday, August 25th, the band shared to Instagram that they’ll be selling a limited-run of t-shirts featuring Donald Trump’s mugshot interpolated with the artwork for their classic 1997 record, Nimrod. Check out the shirts below.
“Good Riddance,” the caption to Green Day’s post begins, before explaining that the “ultimate Nimrod” shirts will only be available for a 72-hour window. Continuing, the band threw in a joke about donating the proceeds towards the “Giuliani Legal Defense Fund,” but then made it clear that the actual money will be going to Greater Good Music Charity to help provide food for those affected by the Maui fires.
The shirts are available to pre-order now,...

Yeah, The Buffy The Vampire Slayer musical episode, “Once More Time With Feeling” is one of my favorite episodes of the series. Not only is the music good, but it also told great and pivotal part of Buffy’s story arc.
Anyway, if you’re a fan of the episode as well, and collector vinyl records, Mondo is releasing the soundtrack on vinyl with original art created by artist Paul Mann. It also comes complete with liner notes by series creator and songwriter Joss Whedon.
Mo Shafeek, Mondo Record Label Manager said in a statement following the announcement:
We’ve been huge fans of “Buffy: The Vampire Slayer” for decades…. Our obsession with the musical episode “Once More With Feeling” inadvertently presented a solution to a long standing problem of how to best entry point for us to celebrate the brilliantly singular, yet expansive series. It took a few years to get it perfect,...

Also in this first wave are several titles our team has seen and reviewed this year, including the Sundance-premiering thriller The Guilty, which I saw and quite enjoyed, and Holiday, which Kwenton Bellette just saw in Melbourne, expressing his mixed feelings.
