Don't Think Twice looks at life inside an improv comedy group, which means it speaks to anyone on the periphery of success who dreams of taking the next step. It also speaks to the agony of watching one of your peers take that step and leave you behind. I can't get Mike Birbiglia's movie out of my head.
Birbiglia, 38, knows the drill: He's been doing improv and stand-up since forever. In 2012, he turned his semi-autobiographical one-man show, Sleepwalk With Me, into his feature film debut as writer, director and actor.

Review Billy Grifter 2 May 2014 - 11:38
The latest Revolution story is proof beyond all doubt that $#!& happens, especially on NBC...
This review contains spoilers.
2.19 S#!& Happens
What this story made me consider is that a few people who work on Revolution really like the show and the characters. Not sure why, but they do.
Because that’s the only reason that this episode could have such an excellent opening, which explains the aftermath of Jason’s death, and then descend into utter silliness in such rapid order. Someone did the start, and then the financial pressures of making TV shows kicked in, and they shouted ‘that’s a wrap!’
What transpires along the way is the nanites moved from being these problematic entities to wholesale villains of the piece, with a large chunk of the story revolving around a single idea that the writers got from the Hugh Jackman and Jake Gyllenhaal drama,...

Things get trippy in Monday’s Revolution (NBC, 10/9c) when Miles, Charlie & Co. have trouble figuring out what’s real and what’s fantasy. Their hallucinations will be accompanied by the music of legendary rockers Led Zeppelin, who granted the freshman hit the rights to use two songs – “Since I’ve Been Loving You” and “Kashmir” (which is also the episode’s title) – in the special installment.
Know what else rocks? With only two new hours left before the show takes a hiatus until March 25, Billy Burke tackled some of our burning questions.

As Revolution's ragtag group prepares to head into Philadelphia to find Danny, Miles (Billy Burke) begins to question whether they will actually make it out alive. What's worse: What will happen if he actually has to go face-to-face with Monroe (David Lyons)? Could he actually kill someone who...

Two 17-year-old boys in Bath have found and handed in £5,000 ($$7,800) to police. Will Miles and Ryan McClory came upon a briefcase with the sum in £50 notes at a bus station. The briefcase also included passports and letters from the University of Bath. Miles told The Bath Chronicle: "We were a bit shocked when we saw all the money in the case. We didn't know exactly how much it was, but we could tell it was a large amount." The A-Level students gave the briefcase to two police officers and were later told that the owner - who had intended (more)...

It looks as if Thor will soon be returning to a costume far more similar to the one he wore during Mark Millar and Bryan Hitch's original run on The Ultimates, courtesy of Tony Stark. This will also mark the return of the redesigned version of Mjolnir, after the Ultimate version of Thor started using one identical to that of his 616 counterpart a few years ago. Of course, there's always the chance that Iron Man isn't presenting this suit to the God of Thunder... Rubicon accomplished a few impressive feats on "In Whom We Trust." To wit:
It turned Ingram into a full-fledged hero. The guy is still sketchy, and it's unclear what is knows and how long he has known it for (perhaps his long-running silence has resulted in numerous deaths, such as David's)... but, come on, who didn't do a little fist pump when he made it very clear to Maggie's ex that it was time to leave town?
I also enjoy the pleasure Ingram takes in acting mysterious. It may be frustrating when that involves withholding information from Will, but it's fun to watch when he tells his partner how "good" he is, with a big smirk on his face, and we know it's because he's managed to remain "off the grid" from Spangler and company despite the presence of their bug.
It's created an interesting world without showing viewers a single thing about it.

"Lost" tends to have really strong penultimate episodes each season, in part because the show's natural ups and downs are best suited to the set-up, with the characters at their lowest, and the conclusion, as they band together to fight whatever enemy is currently giving them trouble. This week's episode, "What They Died For," was a solid episode that moved a lot of plot in an hour, but also did it in some surprising ways: The Los Angeles timeline has been the season's main gimmick, and it will apparently now be tied into the series finale in a big way. But other moments -- notably the brevity with which Jacob dispelled certain rumors -- were refreshing in their candor and helped the story feel more real. Overall, another solid set-up of all the pieces for the final play.
The Los Angeles Timeline
The action opens with a close-up of Jack's eye.
