The story of the British-Australian duo Air Supply will be made into a biopic currently slated for release in 2025.
Titled All Out of Love: The Air Supply Story, the biopic will track the origins and subsequent rise of Air Supply. The duo, comprised of singers and songwriters Graham Russell and Russell Hitchcock, initially met during a production of Jesus Christ Superstar, and teamed up to write and record soft-rock jams in Australia. Eventually, they found global success in the late ’70s and early ’80s. The film’s title gets its name from the duo’s iconic 1980 single, “All Out of Love.”
“The film explores the highs and lows of the band’s career and their rise to international fame,” reads the official logline for All Out of Love. “The story follows the two founding members of Air Supply, Graham Russell and Russell Hitchcock, as they navigate the challenges of pursuing...

Air Supply may be the latest chart-topping musical act to get the big screen treatment.
Altit Media Group said it plans to make biopic about the band that will, in a nod to one of the group’s biggest hits, be entitled, “All Out of Love: The Air Supply Story.” The film will be released in summer 2025 to celebrate Air Supply’s 50th anniversary. Filming is set to take place in Australia and the U.K. during the fourth quarter of 2024.
Air Supply found success with a series of romantic ballads. Their hits include “Here I Am,” “Lost in Love,” “The One That You Love”, “All Out of Love”, “Every Woman in the World” and “Even the Nights Are Better.” The group scored seven Top 5 singles in a row, tying the Beatles’ consecutive run, and went on to sell more than 100 million albums worldwide while playing over 5,000 shows. Members Graham Russell...

Though critics analyze and express opinions on stories, they are also storytellers themselves. And film festivals are full of stories — both on and off screen. As 2021 saw the world begin to return to in-person film festivals, we asked our chief film critics about some of their festival memories, past and present. Owen Gleiberman recalled a chance encounter from two decades ago at the Sundance Film Festival, while Peter Debruge detailed his experience at 2021’s Cannes.
Cannes Brought Rewards — and Risks — Aplenty
If the first year of the pandemic taught us not to take anything for granted, 2021 was all about getting back in the saddle. I swore I’d attend Cannes if I could, and sure enough, I was there in person last July, freshly vaxxed and desperate enough for a return to normal that I went along with protocols that were anything but.
As you probably recall, Cannes 2020 was canceled on account of the coronavirus.

As you know if you've been following along, I've recently had the opportunity to get some ScreenTime with several people involved with Valley Peaks. Today we get into the mind of Phil Donohue who plays Reese, and along with other ScreenTime interviewees, is one of the creators of the show. Reese is the character who goes from star of the universe to disheveled pit of despair when an accident lands him in a wheelchair. Once again, definitely check out Valley Peaks. Here we go. 1. The show is definitely taking aim at a certain genre of television... are there any shows you watch regularly that might be surprising given the no holds barred approach of ValleyPeaks? I honestly can't get enough of the Time Life "Soft Rock Classics" infomercial hosted by Graham Russell and Russell Hitchcock from Air Supply - it really levels me out. 2. Have to throw this out to everyone who does webshows.
