It’s hard to believe that it’s now been two years since the Harry Potter film franchise concluded with the release of its eighth and final entry.
The series was notable for being populated by a wealth of British acting talents, ranging from newcomers such as the leading trio of Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson to renowned thespians such as Alan Rickman, Maggie Smith and Gary Oldman. Even minor but memorable roles were predominantly filled by actors who were well-known at the time of casting or became known soon after, including the likes of David Tennant, Peter Mullan, Julie Christie, Toby Jones and Robert Pattinson.
Other miniscule roles involving just a few lines or seconds of screen time were more forgettable, though even they at times were filled by individuals known for their work on other film or television productions. Twenty such people with blink-and-you’ll-miss-them appearances...
