Okay I admit it, I'm a showtunes queen! I love Broadway and musicals, good musicals, that is. And I think "Jersey Boys" is a good musical. The rugs-to-riches tale of Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons is captivating and the soundtrack rocks!
And now comes the inevitable movie version, and to be honest? It actually looks good! Director Clint Eastwood added some grittiness to the Broadway gloss and voila -- a musical that will steal our hearts this summer, June 20th to be exact! Oh, plus points for adding Christopher Walken to the mix! Will he sing? Or at least dance?

Chicago – Two performers who made their marks during the latter days of the 1970s, and into the ‘80s are singer/actor Rex Smith and adult film star Seka. Even though they took different roads in their show business journey, they both were notable around the same time.
