- Peter Bryan was born on September 28, 1919 in England. He was a writer and director, known for The Hound of the Baskervilles (1959), Booby Trap (1957) and The Projected Man (1966). He died in September 1972 in Surrey, England, UK.
- Camera operator on early Hammer horror films who became a freelance producer and screenwriter from 1952. Brother of the noted art director John Bryan.
- He joined Hammer Films in 1948 as a camera operator staying in that post until 1952 then switched to writing scripts for them before leaving in 1967 after delivering the script for A Challenge For Robin Hood.
