The Best of the Best TV Show Episodes
This is just a list of what I thought was the best episode from a TV series. It is a list that will have just one episode from each season, or could even quite possibly have more than one from each season. These episodes are only from shows that I watch.
This list is purely my own opinion and not based off nor will ever ask for what others think.
So please do not ask me to add your favorite.

Tune in to find out! - DirectorBryan SpicerStarsNathan FillionStana KaticSusan SullivanThe death of a bar owner takes Castle and Beckett back in time to the prohibition era.Just wait til the end of the episode. The end is what makes it the best.
- DirectorDavid BarrettStarsNathan FillionStana KaticSusan SullivanA writer of a popular soap opera is found dead. Castle and Beckett come across cheating husbands, mistresses, backstabbers and a con artist to find the killer. What's so fascinating about this episode, is that for those of you who are "All My Children" fans, you will be able to appreciate the many nods to "AMC" once you read this. Both the actors Rebecca Budig and Cameron Mathesion were both on "AMC" together and both played each others spouse. Both shows show that their marriage was rocky, and both shows have them on the set of a daytime soap opera. Here's a nod off to the writers and creators of this episode.
- DirectorLarry ShawStarsNathan FillionStana KaticSusan SullivanCastle is home, mostly alone, in a wheelchair after a skiing accident, bored out of his wits just before his birthday. After a while, he actually picks up a pair of binoculars Alexis gave him to play Rear Window. Indeed, right across the street a foxy resident betrays her studly husband with a younger hottie. Shortly after, the cheated husband finds his rival's hat, wields a knife and seems to dispose of the corpse while she isn't seen again. Yet his NYPD team mates only reluctantly investigate and can't find any proof. Castle becomes obsessed with the possibility that he witnessed a murder, while Beckett grows increasingly upset with his mania and sets out to find out the truth one way or the other. That's when things take a surprising and shocking turn...Starts out just like any other episode, but the fun part is yet to come. Castle is wheelchair bound due to a knee injury so he's having to stay at home while Beckett goes to work. He finds himself being nothing but bored. He believes that he has witnessed a murder of a neighbor and the whole crew gets involved, however they wind up blowing him off, causing Castle to think he's crazy. The end of the episode when we learn of the true story, that's a shocker! Have fun!
