Higgins sends his rowdies over to bust up the Sunday-morning competition.

He also has gained a highly-developed ego. But he still belongs to the Marine Corps and is shipped to Shanghai. Where, in time, his buddies welcome him again after he has redeemed himself. As does his cashier heart-throb.

Further, she goes against Granny and is not accepted by the community. But both Meg and Granny discover that they have much to learn with each other.
