- A mild-mannered gay dentist and a hedonist womanizer rekindle their unlikely friendship when the latter's terminal cancer drives them back together after a decade apart.
- The origin dates to 1565, during the reign of Maha Chakkraphat (husband of courageous elephant-battling Queen Suriyothai), when there was a plague in the old royal capital. The tropical malady was blamed on seafaring Portuguese and Persian traders, who sailed with the sickness upriver to the old capital. As far as public-health crises go, it was much worse, and way weirder, than is reported in the history books.

Kit is visiting from Thailand and promptly takes Man's expensive car out for a spin and gets into a horrendous accident in which a woamn dies, and Kit was driving with Man's license. Since the revelation of Kit's true identity would be a real legal tangle, Kit is forced to assume Man's identity and vice-versa. Even worse, Kit is now in a coma, meaning Man has to hang out at his bro's bedside hoping that he can clue him into the switcheroo as soon as he wakes up.
- An inept British police detective (International Martial Arts Star Matt Routledge) is given holiday leave when he fails in another drug bust. Heading for Thailand he falls in love with a 'Supermodel' (No.1 Thai supermodel Natcha Songsuwan) who he tries to woo in a series of mishaps and comic adventures. Superbly choreographed Kung Fu and stunning beautiful women are the order of the day!
- Pok is a young man who learns the art of Thai shadow play from his father and grows up to become a respectable shadow player. His love for the art is as immense as his love for Payom, the daughter of a local aristocrat. But Pok's love suffers a blow because Payom's father despises his profession as a lowly artist, and forces Payom to marry another rich man. Struck with rage and grief, Pok decides to embark on a final move that will unite him with his lover.
